keep getting call from number but no answer

I am from Nicaragua , my girlfriend was getting calls from this number, it was a friend of her that lives in North Carolina but now when we tried to call him bACK GOT THE SAME RESPONSE plese enter your card number!! that is so weird

I also received a call from this number but when I tried to return it, the message said "enter card number". The person who posted above that he received a call from a friend and this is the number that showed makes me think it may be some kind of phone service central number. The calls may be coming from thousands of different people who dial that number first and them enter some kind of phonecard number to proceed with their call. Weird in any case.....

My female friend called me from Houston,Texas tonight and my phone ID showed this number 713-341-5611, I told her that I had her number recorded and when I called back a voice said in english to "enter card number", I Googled this number and this is how I came to this site and am writing this, weird, why would my friend's number register as this?

got a missed call from this #...I dialed it back to see who it was nad it said "Enter your card #"  I hung up and looked up the # on the internet and found this site. A few people who left comments in Spanish regarding this # said to beware because it's a scam call. One guy was told his friends needed money! So be careful -

keep getting a person speaking spanish to me at all times of the day and evening...messages left for me...can't return call enter card number...

i had the miss call from the number 713-341-5611 @ 12:31 am in miami, fl and I returned the call a recording said::  to enter your card number.

weird..had missed call with this number so decided to check it out..hmm.

I had the miss call from the number 713-341-5611 at 1:27am Afghanistan time, when I returned the call a recording said::  to enter your card number.

Repeated calls.  Some sort of auto-dialing system.  Nobody responds, no messages ever left.

I missed a call from this number and I call back an it was a spanish speaking woman.  What's up with that? I am getting the same problems all the other callers are getting. How do we make it stop?

It called me new years day at 2:22am today and it left a message,"f****n bichhh"  Sounded like they berly knew english.  I called back and it asked to enter your card #

My friend just got a call from that number - danish time 23:15.

No talking, so she hang up the phone.

08/21/09 2:30 p.m. - I am on the Do Not Call List. This phone number somehow got a hold of my unlisted cell phone number, which I also put on the Do Not Call List. (713) area code is a Texas based area code. They left no message, so I didn't call back. If I am not familiar with a number, and they leave no message that I am familiar with, I will not call back. IF you do call back, never push a number like "push 1 if you don't wish to be called back", as it is a scam. By pushing the number on your phone, somehow they gain access, or you have given them permission to use your personal information without your knowledge,(somehow they got it), to either slam your cell phone/land line or credit card. This already happened to someone I know, so please be careful.

Señor usted está llamando a Nicaragua al número de telefono 86661443 preguntando por un tal "Guillermo" la le trate de explicar en mas de una ocasion que el numero 86661443 no le pertenece a esa persona y nunca le ha pertenecido, favor verfique bien bien la informacion y no me este acosando. Received a call from this number but no one was there. I called the number back and was prompted to punch in my card number! Idiots!

This number called my cell phone Friday night at 11:36pm.  If I knew who it was, things would get ugly fast!

Thats a number from a calling card some one you know is trying to get in touch with you with a calling card if you call back its just the generic calling card company number .
