charged to my credit card

I think these guys are crooks, they charged my credit card without authorization. The phone number is a land line in Houston, Texas.

these guys are crooks. saw a charge from j-icons.biz, called the number and asked if it was j-icons and was told "no". called back and said i knew it was j-icons, and then the guy admitted it was. told him i wanted a refund, and he wanted credit card info, not a transaction number or even date/time. working with my bank to get this whiped, then i'm going to find out where these guys live.

Found "mysterious" charge from these folks on last bank statement.  These people need to be nailed!
