Could not fully understand the message due to rough connection, although it sounded as though they were seeking another party regarding a social security fraud matter. Message gave a 202 number, which is Washington DC.  I dialed it back just to see who/what it was.  When I advised the "agent" this was not the person they were seeking, she said thank you, we'll take your number out of the system.  No threats, very polite, probably just a wrong number. Then when I looked at the number in my call record, I saw it was a TX number, as is mine, which gave me concern.  Checked into it, and found this site immediately.
