Just got off the phone with "Grass Mountain Capital" or so I thought until I read this...We've been left with a voice message during the work day for "Eric Stover" for YEARS!  The message always asked us to call back at 877-208-9952 a referenced a collection number.  Last week, they called before 9am so I answered and talked to a guy - told him to take me off whatever list he has.  They just called me again (by the robot) so I decided since I happen to be home, I'd call back finally at the number the left - of course because I was really pissed off having to listen to the entire 4 minute message just to get the right numbers to call back.  The lady only wanted the number that I was calling from to identify me - no name, credit number, nothing.  So I refused to tell her my phone number before I can get a couple questions answered about the buiness (name, location, manager, office phone number) the lady HUNG UP ON ME!  I called back and talked to "Sherissa" who verified who verified the co. name and location - gave me her name and transferred me to a manager - who said her name was "Angel" and again only asked for a phone number to identify me!  I told her my number and said it is also on the "Do not call list."  She said that list does not count for their company because they aren't soliciting.  I asked her how she got my number and said from another company.  When asked which company - she had no answer.

SKETCHY!!! If you ask me - and heaven help them if they call back again - I'll be investigating deeper into the "Do not call" situation!!

I keep getting calls from this number but never a message.  Who are these callers?

SAME SITUATION HERE. ALTHOUGH I THOUGHT THEY SAID "GRASS MOUNTAIN CAPITAL". MAYBE ITS GLASS?? THEN IT MADE ME HOLD AND AN OPERATER SAID "THIS CALL IS FOR AMY". I HUNG UP AT THAT POINT. YESTERDAY I GOT TWO CALLS AT MY WORK FOR SOME CRAZY SCAM ARTIST DEBT COLLECTOR "ALLSTATE MEDIATION" THREATENING TO TAKE ME TO JAIL FOR NONPAYMENT OF A LOAN I DONT EVEN HAVE??? WHERE ARE ALL THESE FREAKSHOWS GETTING MY INFO???????

automated message asked me to wait for next representative.  A person answered and wanted me to verify my address and last 4 numbers of my social security #.  I would not do so, so he got his manager on the line, who again wanted to verify my information.  I explained that information was private and she hung up.  The first person that answered said it was "Glass Mountain" but gave no further details.
