I actually use this service, but I do know that you can call to talk to a representative at this number 877-214-3710 and they can block your number from the service.  Hope this helps.

I use this service too.  It could be from a number of facilities. It's a calling service that is offered at quite a few of the correctional facilities around the U.S. If you call 877-214-3710 they might be able to give you more info as to where the call came from, if you have received a call. They don't have the name of the inmate though.

they people keep callin my no. i do not know anyone in jail in texas or any other state so i called had my no. blocked and they still keep callin me, i wish i could figure out how to stop these kinda calls to me??? grrrrrr

Well, if they insist it is because someone you know is in jail and you do not know it yet, and how the person can tell you if you do not answer?

They call me and it says 'this is a call from an inmate in a correctional facility'. I know a lot of people that could be in jail so i always wanna answer. Lol

Hello, someone is in jail trying to contacted you through a collect call!  That's the number I have been receiving from my husband who got locked up yesterday!

I have been getting multiple calls from this number (like 10 in the past 2 days).  There is an automated voice that breaks up before I can understand fully what is being said, but there is mention of a $15 charge for minutes and does not include rollover minutes.  The voice says to press a number to continue with the call.  I have been declining the call, but that is the message that is left on my VM.  I tried to text that number to ask that I be taken off whatever list is used to generate the calls.  Text message back says "Error Invalid Number. Resend using a valid 10 digit number or valid short code".

My cellphone service apparently does not allow me to block numbers.  How can I stop this harassment?  I am already on National Do Not Call List, which is not stopping any of these types of calls.

These people just don't quit--I am contacting the state atty general. They are still calling me even after they supposedly blocked my number.

This is a nightmare company that handles inmate calls they get their hands on your number and pass it around. I called and had the number blocked and they started in again this afternoon.

received call today from this number - said it was from El Paso Correctional Facility. Number appears with GTL Houston in caller ID.

Scam! They called me twice yesterday saying it was someone from Winnebago County Jail wanting something. I dont know anyone in jail, so I hung up. They called right back and I hung up again. Today I got another call from an 800 number of the same thing. Didnt answer that one either.
