This number keeps showing up in ny caller I'd and nobody leaving messages

I got a call from 713-574-8395. When I picked up the phone, and said "hello", the person just hang up the phone. I called back several times, the phone rang once, then it was cut off. Apparently, the person does not want you to know who he/she is. My instinct tell me who that person is.
