FYI...

Got a call today from the Texas Attorney General's Office.  They have filed suit against 1st IRS and are trying to get a Summary Judgement.  They sent me a copy of my complaint for me to sign and send back for them to file with the lawsuit.

Sounds as if this company is getting shut down!

I had a phone call from a Mr. Toty and Mr. Lacey claiming I owe a debt or I will have legal actions taken on me. I paid  them a small amount but then got suspicious when they asked for more than was initially agreed.I called my lawyer immediately after and now I am suing them and getting my money back and more for the trouble. It was horrible, but I am glad I did not pay what was agreed just to find out it was a scam all along. I also wish I would have seen this site before, I wouldn't have wasted my time!

Repeated calls, minimal inform;ation, call and don't leave a voicemail -- threatening and abusive behavior about long ago mystery bills which need to be paid immediately or else

So, I just received a call on my office phone from this company d.b.a. is First Integral Litigation. The person was a Ms. McCray at 713-777-2501 ext. 106.

She sounded official, real official. She said that I owed for a payday loan taken in May 2008. They were in the process of faxing documentation to my employer to garner my wages. She said the company had sent me an affidavit before about my debt. She said they had a copy of a check I'd written, and since closed the account, and therefore, it was considered fraud. She did use the last four of my SS# as well as the last numbers of my previous bank account.

I had people in the office, so I just wrote the information and said I'd research and get back to her. Now, after reading this I realize that she never did give me any amounts. She did, however, say that she could work out a payment plan to keep additional fees, charges, attorney fees and etc. from accruing.

This call really bothered me. I'm really glad I found this site.

first integrity arbitration and litigation firm spoke to a Ms. Blake and Ms. Rice.  I got my attorney on conference call with them and they hung up after he and I both asked for information about the litigation.  They couldn't even provide address to their firm. Call operator and said telephone is not listed.  If they are a firm you think they would be listed and have an address right?

I received a call from them too no message left, but have been getting lots of calls from others too I reported them to the atty general in pa where i live they told me dont even answer it

keep calling looking for someone who does not live her. whoeve they are looking for is not calling them back,you would think they would go to the next number on their list and try again,

Keep calling my number, leaving message for some one who does not live at this address. You would thing if they haven't received a call back from the person they are looking for they would stop calling my number. First it's a 877 number, then a 713 number. Then they leave a message with a real person, then leave a message with an automated voiced. Never states why they are looking for this person, but includes; if you are (this person) call (a number that is not the same as it is on the caller ID), but doesn't give a reason for the call, or who to ask for, but refer to a file number. Really? How rude is that? I wouldn't call the number back even if they were looking for me, without knowing who I was calling and why I was calling them back.

I just received a call from these people as well. They said I took a check-n- go loan out in 2009, and threatened to get me for check fraud. I told them I had checks stolen a long time ago and were reported to bank, which were inturn used to get money from check-n-go. Thought it was taken care of way back then but apparently not.Lady got nasty when I told her I had paperwork but couldn't tell her exact date without looking. She insisted I should know what happens to the date with my account two years later. She threatened to take me to litigation several times. I told her I had lost my job and had no money and it wasn't fair for me to pay back money I didn't get in the first place. I dont even know if they CAN make me. This really sucks

They changed the name to First Integral Recovery, LLC but still use the web address of http://www.1st-irs.com and First IRS.

Today I received a call from this # and a recorded message was left with a reference #. I immediately googled the # and got your post. For over 6 months now I have been getting threatening phone calls from a # 0000 or some other strange #. Some were even from Florida. One day I decided to talk to whomever it was calling me & the guy told me it was in reference to a payday loan that I owed, but couldn't give me any information. The company he claimed to be calling on behalf of I had never heard of. Then he threatened me and my family. Threatening calls were coming on a daily basis, many times a day. This guy has a foreign accent (possibly Indian). After a while of these calls, I started getting calls from another # that was the same area code as mine, but was not a true #. I answered the first time and it was the same guy. Then after about a month, (the same #) I answered again and the person  claimed to be an attorney in New York and the call was pertaining to the same company, from what I could get. This person sounded to be an American or just spoke very good English. The background was very noisy like that of a call center. However, after a few calls from this so called attorney the calls stopped coming on a daily, several times a day, basis and were just sporadic. Now I'm getting calls from this number. I have been receiving harrassing phone calls from a Ms Lavon. She said that is going to notify the DA's office where I live and have me arrested. She refused to give me any information on what bill they were trying to collect, even after I told them I had filed bankruptcy.  I tried giving her my case # and my attorney's name, but she didn't want it. What she wanted to know was "how could I afford a Lawyer when I can't pay my bills." I notified my lawyer, she said they are not lawyers because they are the ones breaking the law. They have continued to call me. My lawyer is now involved.

They got your name and number if you have ever had a payday loan. They called my brother saying that you go a loan and didn't repay it. They would give him 24hours to pay before the sent police over to arrest him. I tried to get them to give the information about the comany he owed and they gave me a different place after I told them that company was already paid. They are scammers and some how people are stupid enough to pay them because they are afraid to go to jail.

IT IS ILLEGAL FOR ANY company to threaten YOU.

This number has called and left me voicemail messages twice now. It says they are from first its legal department. I have been ignoring the calls since they always call when I am ay York.

they keep calling me say to call the legal department. i called the number back and got a recording.

I also keep getting this same number calling me saying that they are the IRS: they keep leaving me thsi automated voice mail saying for me to call them back...they're starting to freak me out...but i as i found out from everyone...they're a bunch of SCAMMERS...

1st IRS Legal Dept.  I've been receiving these calls most every day for months.  This is obviously a low-level scam operation.  I've reported them to the MA Attorney General's Office but don't expect them to follow up.  I just want these annoying calls to go away.  These people have to be among the world's worst and dumbest scammers!  I'd be surprised if they have made a penny!

They just called my office regarding my husband and would not answer any questions I had.  Kept backtracking and hung up on me when I told them they weren't a law office and I was going to contact the Attorney General's Office.

some man called and said "hi jaimie, my name is mr randall, im calling in regards to johnny boone who listed you as a reference. if you could please have him call me at 713 777 2501 ext 243 in regards to the inncident thank you". They didnt leave a last name, and when called wanted all kinds of information and yet couldnt provide any. the kicker of it, the man thought he hung up when he left the voicemail and you can hear the music in the background!!! SCAM!! their fishing for information dont give it to them!

They keep calling for my hubby.  They can't give me straight answers as to who they are and what the name of their company/affiliation is.  What lawyer they work for and many questions I had for them were not answered by them
They're up to something.  I'll do my research as I think they're just a bill collector and not a law firm.  Law firms don't call you on past due bills and such.  They send out affidavits and subpoenas. They say they're located in Houston, Texas and they work for LaVon and Associates but, I think that's not true.  I'll keep searching and put a tap on my phone for future incoming calls.

Do not give these people any info, they're scammers! They've called for my husband, saying they're with "1st IRS Legal Department" & are going to put a levy on his income tax for $ owed on a payday loan. I called the IRS & they have no such company & said levies can only be placed if you owe taxes and don't pay, but they'd contact you by mail & in person, not by phone. State patrol told my husband they sounded like scammers too. We had a Ms. LaVon. Know our info. but won't give any of theirs...kept putting us on hold, & when I called Ms. LaVon's extension it took 3 tries before they could find her. They're very unprofessional, make threats, & hung up on me when I told them not to call anymore & that we'd reported them to the IRS & our police dept. So do not give them any info! Report it! i recieved a call from that number  at my job  the caller said i have to pay over 2 thousand dollars for payday loans i asked him how do i know who u are and i said who has 2 thousand dollars laying around then he asked how long have u been at your job u don't have a 401 k plan i told him that ain't your business then he got angry and said u have 72 hours or u will be going to jail for theft by check internet fraud, and for writing hot checks and u will be going to jail if u don't take care of this matter by Fri 26th by 11:30am said don't have any money is there someone u can borrow it from he stated. i hung u and then called the number back that showed u on the caller id some lady asnswered i asked for the adress she refused to give it to me and then hung up so icalled backed she was very rude so i asked for the guy(keith) that had called me and asked for the adress it was like pulling teeth to get the address guest what i got it i was as deteremined has he was.said he was from first irs law firm from what i have read it is a debt collector stay tune does anyone have any information to help me .
