Yet another call, I let the answering machine catch, no message!

Calls my house multiple times. Never answered, no messages left.

There is another # to go with the Terry Strane ID.  The # is 713-880-0287.  I have not spoken to either number.  However, the caller ID is different.  The name comes up as Ibarra Evangeli.  I fear it is the same scam.

If you are on the do not call list, please contact your phone company to have the call traced to the real company who is calling.  The ph# & caller id info is false/stolen, and used to get around the do not call registry.

You need to file a claim against the actual company generating computer dialed calls with false ids.

Please contact your phone company and have the call traced - the calls are fraudulant computer generated calls providing false phone #s & caller id information to get around the Do Not Call Registry.  You could file a claim against the offending company and they could bge fined for each call they generated to you.

call your cell phone co. and get the real number calling you and report that company as an annoyance call.  The # & caller id are false - old number from 9-10 yrs ago.

According to the FCC - this is a computer-based call that used false/stolen information to generate calls with false caller id information to get around the DO NOT CALL service.  If you are registered with the Do Not Call service - and get calls from 713-880-1058 - do this:  Call your operator/ph company to have the call traced as a annoyance/fraudulant call. Per the FCC, the phone co. can trace this call to a real number. Then file a claim against the the company for violating the FCC Do Not Call registry act.  The correctly identified company will have to pay fines.


If a computer hijacks your phone # - current or previous, &/or your name -do this:  file a report with the FCC; file a report with your local police; report this to the fraudulance division at your phone company, & the annoyance calls division as well.  I have done all of this.

Calls from this # using the name T Strane are a scam.  This was my # 10 yrs ago.  It was reassigned as another residential number since.  It is not in service at this time.  Do not respond to calls from this phone number.

I called this number back and got a phone company recording that the number had been changed and the customer had requested that the new number not be released.

Calls my cell.  Never leaves message.

Just got a phone call from this person/people and I missed the call. I proceeded to call back and got a disconnected message. weird indeed.

I got calls from this no several times.
I don't know what to do. It really is a big headache.

I got a call from this number1-713-880-1058 caller id Strane, Terry k.  When I answered I got an automated messaged asking if I wanted to get my credit card interest down to select 9.  I proceeded becaused I wanted to see who was calling me about an unknown credit card.  An operator came on the line asking "can I help you".  I said no and asked what credit card they were inquiring about.  She immediately hung up.  This sounds like a scam.  I hope they get caught.

Called my cell. Didn't leave a message. I thought I was on the Do Not Call List.

Caller ID is Terry K. Strane, but no one says anything when I pick up

Wanted to reduced my interest on credit cards.....wanted the credit card numbers/......wanted personal information......scary.....could hardly hear the man.  When I asked for information he was not to quick.  I knew it was a scam.
