You might "think" you know a lot about "law", but you obviously aren't familiar with the English language !   Have you ever heard about the proper use of "punctuation" and "capitalization" when writing?  
It is difficult to tell, in your posting on this site, where one sentence "ends, and another "begins"!  Sure, it takes a little more time and effort to "correctly" write down your thoughts and observations on a particular subject matter by utilizing proper punctuation etc., but it certainly allows for better understanding of exactly what you are attempting to say. And you are not alone in my criticism of improper "writing", because it is prevalent throughout, not only this site, but any other where people are giving their personal understanding or replies on a variety of subject matter! Thank you, though, for sharing information that you feel is pertinent to the subject matter being discussed!

This idiot keeps calling our offices and asking for an employee. He has now gotten very vulgar with whomever answers the phone. I spent 30 minutes trading insults and listening to his crap. Not a good use of my time and effort but it did give me chance to cuss someone out and release a lot of tension. Do not know how to rid ourselves from this annoyance but tomorrow I'll be filing a complaint with the police and  go from there.

Anthony Davis called me at work and cell. Said he was an Attorney General,and he had court filed papers for a $5000 and was going to send police to arrest me if i didnt pay. Said conversation was recorded
and would use a to have me lose my job. When I told him i was recording the conversation,he said i should
play it back while wife and i had sex and get off on it. Then he said for me to get off the line and shut up.
We at work called his number all day thursday, he said that was harrassment and to stop.How can i get these people  to leave me alone? Said he was with Anthony davis Law firm, gave a Chula Vista Ca address
and zip as 90210 (beverly hills show).

Got a call from this number saying I'm being charged with check fraud by anythony Davis, Hung up and his superviser calls back Ryan Thompson, . What bill collector uses swear words what Cons . Called the ops just now.

Lol  this anthony davies did the same exact thing to me...i called my local police dept to find out this is a scam..he was going to have me aresseted and when the police told me to  call them bck and tell them i turned the info over to police and never to call me again i hung up and they repeatedly called back 10 times right in a row how pathic to have scubbags out their like this..

speak spanish it works like a charm! no more phone calls!! they can bearly speak english let alone spanish lol, so now when i call them back over and over and over again, they're the one irritated!

I receive a call from Anthony Davies, who stated, "That I owe a debt."  I EXPLAINED MY FINANCIAL SITUATION TO HIM.  He had me send him a payment by Western Union to Florida but I have found out that he is located in Olean , NY.  

NOT ONLY THIS HE HAD ME SEND MONEY FOR A LOAN TO HIS FRIEND WHO SUPPOSED TO HAVE A LOAN BUISNESS.  His name is Gary.  This was back in September of 2011 and as of this date there has been no loan issued to my family nor me.

These people does not care about anyone only themselves.  Their scams has hurt many families and they have no remorse.

I do not know how you all who have been scam feel but as a TOTAK DISABLE VETERAN, I am MAD AS HELL.

Yes I have been geting calls for a David Leon as well claiming I owe money for a payday loan of some outragous amount and I decided to call the number back and the mane on the phone stated his name was Anthony Davis I have reported these names and number to the SS fraud hotline I just got an email from him what I want is for him to go to court with me so he can get nailed no one shold send any money through Western Union they want you to do this because it can not be traced thst David Leon actually told me that and 3 different times he wanted me to sent it somewhere different so I am not sending him aor Anthony Davis or what ever name he uses a damn thing it is a SCAM,SCAM,SCAM.

I received a call from this fool. He keeps calling my employer and harrasing me. He claims that I owe US Federal Bank some money. I don't know who these people are. This is very annoying and embarassing. This is a SCAM!

He keeps and making phone harassing phone calls.

Can i has a good credit ? this good crooked fine people made me credit sick well. can i has money now cose i has reseet. almost believe it relly help scam. not scam. thank them for helping me has good creditt.

Mr.Dave you are just misguiding the people if you are not worried about your credit, But we are and sorry to say you i am dealing with him from past 3 months and every time once i make the payment. He use to send me the receipt of my payment. You don't make fool to anyone if you don't have money than forget it.

The funny thing is that I did not reply to my own post........The LOSER Anthony Davis did, seems that they are watching the web to see what we post. I did not..I repeat did not recieve anything from them and I ask that all who are called by them to  contact your local POLICE departments....or the FBI. They are a fraud and do not be afraid of their threats the police will explain to you that they cannot do anything to you. And the funny thing is that I can spell and they cannot...you decide!

To who ever think this Anthony Davis is not a SCAM artist you should really think twice this man has been calling me for two weeks now demanding I pay him and then yesterday told me I have an hour to figure out what I was going to do cause he was going to issue a warrant with the local sherrif office. Little did he know he called me over 100 times in and 8 hour period starting from 6:30 in the morning. IDK where he is from but if he was a officer/attorney or bill collector like he states he would no the law that you can not call somebody more then three times a day to collect money, only the IRS can garnish your wages, your social security can not be put on hold and the sherrifs office will not arrest you for not paying a bill. So there for when the sheriff talked to this ANTHONY DAVIS about how I was filling harrasment charges for calling me over 100 times he then begged the cop to not make a police report for the phone calls. SO PEOPLE DO NOT BE SO IGNORANT>>>>

This guy is a SCAM...I repeat A SCAM. He is calling from INDIA using a number service here in the US in order to make it seem like the are a US company. This person can get nayoones information by using a background search. If this person or any preson involved with them first contact police andthen request that they sendyou something in writing before you agree to anythig.

I don't think that you're wrong Sharon I just got that same kind of call and I don't have any loans out right now so I have no idea what this guy is talking about. He was very rude and won't stop calling. I'm thinking about calling the police on him. First of all if he was true to what he was saying he would've addressed himself and the company that he works for and he failed to do that.

"Anthony Davies" he is calling from India. Change their name and trying to take money from me.

I just got the same call....he hardly spoke English!!!!  I reported him and googles his name!!!!!
