jutst received the same phone call. from a lady starting she was carrol parker same conservation stating i owe a payday loan and I had to option pay with debit card over phone or money order or i would go to jail because she had 2 warrants on her desk for felony charges  for me.....ITS A SCAM.. comes back to a Barnes Marketing llc HoustoN Tx to Laquitta & Onaje Barnes at 9906 Murray Brook Dr. Laquitta Barnes madiden name is Laquitta Monique Hall who have been arested on 3/20/11.. Ive contacted BBB and Houston Police Department.

Received a phone call from this idiot called Cara Parker stating some person I know is being investigated that he has a felony. well I know this person like the palm of my hand and he does not have any felonies.so if you get a stupid call like this just hang up and ignore this company we as family are calling Fox 26. We need every one to know about this she is also stating she works for the government.

I received a call from Kathlyeen, then Kathryn. As soon as I spoke to them, they said I took a loan out at a bank I closed 10 years ago. This was a Check fraud case, gave me a file number. They started screaming at me that I would be arrested on two felony warrants if I did not pay them $953.00 in the next 10 min. I told them I would use Western Union and they would not accept that. I got so upset I hung up while they were still yelling at me that the police were on the way. I called my attorney, my brother called and told them to cease and desist calling me and they hung up on him - oh wait they gave him a fax # that does not even go anywhere. Also he told them that my attorney wanted to speak with them and they hung up. Arrest for these types of people is not enough!! I filed a report with the FBI. They are now calling all my family members and giving them the same thing.

I got the same phone call with the same ladies name its best if you ignore it and just call the clerk of courts to see if its a real case number these people need to be stopped. I have been scammed before by two companies before I realized I was young and believed them so be aware they use all kinds of numbers.

I received a phone call o 7/9/13 from Kathlyn stating she was calling from National Check & Fraud Recovery located in Houston, TX. Did I have an attorney for a case number she gave me. I said what are you talking about she said about a pay day loan and that I had two options that I could pay $859 today before 5 or turn myself in to the police. I went to the clerk of court and showed them the case number and the clerk told me that the case number was not a case number, then she searched the phone number and said it came back as a Marketing Lab. This had me so upset and I will be glad when something is done about this matter.
