Just got a call from this number Operations div. on caller id .  No one on when I answered. Have gotten these calls before. Don't know why or who it is . We will block number. Probably some immigrant taking advantage of our system.

I just got  call from this number and I live in Lakeland Florida I have never been to Texas....Does any one know what is this regarding?

I received a call from this number 2 times today.  When I called back from my number and from a different number it just rang busy.

got a call on cell from number today - automated mesg says it's important to call but doesn't leave a name or  any information, just hours and an 866 number to call back

i also got a call from 713-988-2169. They asked for me and I told my wife to tell them I wasn't home. She asked who was calling and they said "G.E."

I had this as a residential phone number in Houston TX for 20 years.  I moved last summer and had that number disconnected in June/July of 2007.  

It is run through Southwestern Bell/ATT.  

Try contacting them to file harrasment claims.

There is a shortage of numbers in Houston so the turnaround time for available numbers is very short.

This number keeps calling my cell and my house with no one on the other end!

I have gotten about 100 calls from this number in the last few days.  I will be blocking it for sure.

I keep getting back 2 back calls from this number and its driving me crazy because when i call back i get a busy signal---What the heck?

I received a call from this number at 3:51 pm, 9-21-08. The Caller ID showed 'Operations Division."  Left no message.  When I called the number the line was busy.  It appears to originate from Houston, Texas.

I have been called seveal times,from three different numbers...! What is this..? This just happened when i join T Mobile..!! Is there connection? I am not sure who are these people and how they got my #.Help please.

I have received a call from this number for the past 5 nights its always around 7:45-7:55pm they dont say anything and just hang up. last night i waited to see if i herd anything and after abuot a minuit a mans voice said wait for a very inmoptant call i waited for another minuit and still nothing i just hung up. This is starting to get a bit wierd and scary.

Yes I got the same calls todays 3 times(02-26-08). I think it is carecredit(Ge financial) they never leave a message and you try to call the number back and it says its in use  ??

You know whats funny?... I think you guys have been receiving these phone calls from these numbers because you owe money. Some of these numbers are from GE Financial Collections. Make sure you pay all of your credit cards on time or they will call you every month.

I to am receiving the phone calls from the same numbers but they are coming to my cell phone...They are calling back to back everyday up to 8 times a day!

THEY CALLED AND WHEN I ANSWERED NO ONE WAS THERE........DON'T KNOW WHO IT IS OR WHY THEY ARE CALLING......I LIVE IN OCALA FLORIDA

rcvd call this am (2/15/08)from 713-988-2169 @ my place of business - this was a pre-rorded message to call 866-203-1043.   We are a small printing co. In Buffalo NY.

On Feb. 11th they called @ 7:26pm, 7:40pm, 7:52pm, 8:09pm, 8:17pm.  On the 12th they called @ 11:49am, 2:12pm, 4:05pm, 4:50pm, 5:26pm.  The leave no message and say nothing when I answer.  I've had similar problems with these #'s as well:

All of these #'s call constantly and this is getting completely rediculous.  I'm going to find a solution to this problem and when I do I'm going to post it.  I've had enough, if anyone else is having this bad of a problem as well please post and let me know.  I shouldn't have to switch my # or disconnect my phone for this.
