This is a local OC remodeling company that is looking to scam seniors. Unless they hear what they think might be a senior citizen on the other end, they will not talk and will hang up.

Another person who thinks all this should be solved in a hour,lol!  Got some ideas on how to help those few guy's in the FTC & FCC dealing with all this mess between foreign country's and the ones here that move their ops and spoof numbers? I'm sure they'd appreciate all the help they can get!

Thanks for reporting this.  It looks like average citizens and whomever put up this website are doing more than the Government to keep Seniors safe from fraud.

If he does answer he is a smart mouth jerk!!!  He has called many times and usually doesn't answer when I say hello.  No number according to reverse phone listing . . .

By answering your phone, you confirm that it's a working phone number and that you're home at that time. They sell lists to other telemarketers.

4 Oct 2013 - this number has called every day the last four days.  I don't answer because I know there is no 184 number.  I tried to report to DO NOT CALL list but they're unavailable with this latest government foolishness.  Calling that number is a waste of time anyway.

Get many calls from this number several times a week and no one answers when I pick up.. The number is not legit.......184 is not an number for this area,  Will report this idiots ASAP.    STOP YOUR B***S***. No one wants calls so early in the morning from some jerk hanging up as soon as I answer the phone. Phone company's need to protect others privacy, not make money by issuing fake numbers to jerks that have nothing else better to do.

This is a scammer looking for Senior Citizens to scam. They call me at least once a week and hang up. Last time I recognized the number and answered sounding like an elderly man with alzheimers and the caller immediately started into his remodeling scam. I told him not to call me anymore and the caller simply hung up without a word.

Called 6/28/13 asking for me by name. When I sad yes, he hung up. Has called before, but no one there when I answered. Creep.

The man that called at 4:25pm today (June 19, 2013), identified the company as "Builders Construction Incorporated, a well know and respected company in Anaheim and on Angie's List..."

Google, Yahoo & Yelp searchs turned up no company in Orange County with that name....

This person calls me 5 to 6 times a day.
Sorry there I never answer calls from anyone I do not know. I don't have time for games.

Received three calls in a short time this afternoon from this number.  On the second call the male caller left a message on the answering machine...."Pick up the phone F---ING BI***" and then hung up.

Gotten several calls from different 714-184XXXX spoofers. This is being looked at by an expert on internet and magicjack spoofing.
