Junk text to my unlisted cell number reading:

"Are you having a hard time paying your mortgage? Do you need help restructuring the mortgage to get a lower payment? If so, reply HELP. To cancel, reply STOP."

I don't even rent an apartment, let alone a mortgage on a house. I did not reply in any way; I know that's more likely to open up scammy trouble than stop it.
