They just called again.  I listened to 3 seconds of their recorded announcement, then hung up.  Does anybody ever buy anything from someone who calls your house out of the blue?

I heard nothing thought it was a prank, this number is brand new from Comcast and all day long we're being bothered by telemarketers. When I called back it was a marketing company trying to sell digital satellite tv.

I got a call, said hello, they wouldn't answer. I hung up and *69 it.

I googled it, and bingo, here I am, decided to comment. I don't think it's coincidence that I just had a new telephone number from my local phone company and then had cable come out to install cable, and suddenly I'm getting this number calling and they don't want to speak? HELLO...WHAT'S WRONG WITH THESE PPL? I GOT BETTER THINGS TO DO THEN ANSWER THE F'ING PHONE AND HEAR NOTHING.

I, too, just had cable installed by Comcast.  I didn't answer the call because I know I don't know anybody out of state and figured it was somebody trying to sell something.  Sounds like the person calling must have gotten our numbers from Comcast or be in some kind of business with Comcast.

Numourus calls from this number, obviousely an automated system. There's never an answer, they call 3-5 times a day, EVERY day. If you call it back, it won't ring through, just hangs up. Can't find a way of blocking the number.

Just got phone service from Verizon and got a call from this number a week later.  They just hung up, so I assume they were checking to see if a person answered.  As an aside, our tv service is from Direct TV--so it may not be just comcast.

This number called me.  Must be a telemarketer because I don't know anyone in that area code.

Dish tv.... ask to press 9 if wish for calls to be stop.....I did  and that was so unusal, now I am wondering if I should had hung up like always.Why press 9 ????

I have had my phone for about 40 years, and I am also getting calls from this #. I never ans. any calls outside of my area code, but I do let the phone ring as long as they will stay on the line.

i got a new phone from at&t within 2 hours I started getting telemarketing calls, im talkin about 8 or 9 everyday. I get one inpaticularit is  a cell 801-201-8262,818870-9155. the caller always sounds oriental, with an american name, from sdvaantage trying to get a credit card numer, for a free 150.00 gas card,, its b.s. SCAM..........

THE FIRST DAY  MY PHONE WAS TURN ON 714-276-1713 PLUS DAILY NEWS AND OTHER COMPANIES. TIME WARNER AINT S***. THOSE B*****DS SOLD OUR PHONE NUMBERS BEFORE WE GOT THE NUMBER.

Satelite crap.  Press 8 for a do not call list.  It is spam.

Forgot to mention that if you call Comcast and ask to have your number unlisted they will charge you a monthly fee, which i've seen can be $7. Just to make the scam even more lucrative for them. And many people have said that it doesn't work because they have already published your number.

Been getting calls from this number every day since getting Comcast Digital Voice, which is a total scam, and well documented on the web if you look it up. DO NOT GET IT. Once your phone line is connected you get marketing calls within a few hours. Yesterday I got about 15. Other numbers that will call you are 877-347-4595, 808-780-4659, and 223-083-2100.

I called the number back and pressed 8 to get on their Do Not Call List

i also got a call from this number shortly after time warner installed my phone, did not answer, did not leave a voicemail. havent called back sense, unless the blocked number calls are them...
