Easy solution. Prank them with a fake address, date and time. Tell them oh yes you are very interested in whatever snake oil they are selling.

I have gotten a call from this number numerous times. My caller ID just says "cell phone" and it is always silent on the other line.

I've have received several calls from this number over the past few weeks. No one is on the line when answered and a few seconds later you can hear the line disconnect.  Calller I.D. shows: V212081817470433

I would like to block all calls from this number

caller claimed he was given permission by the gas company to call people in chino hills regarding whatever he was selling.  But, it seemed he was just a telemarketer trying to sell me with new furnace or dual pane windows and then went off on house painting.

This number called our home phone and was silent for a good 25 seconds... dead air, so we hung up. We called back the # and it was a generic message, "the person you are calling is unavailable." And was then repeated in Spanish. Annoying!!

These guys have called everyday for the past week or so in late afternoon or early evening.  Nobody responds, though I can hear people talking in the background. I continued talking yesterday and eventually the caller responded with a snort and laugh and hung up.

Really irritating.  I can't figure a way to make it stop.

Same as Joe.  A person called Mike said he was authorized by the gas company to help me make my home more efficient.  He's also going to be in my area next week, so I'll let you know if I run into him.

Person by the name of Mike called from Clear View about decreasing utility bills. When stated not interested, stated "you must not be intelligent enough to be interested". NO answer on call back.  Pretty sure I'll never do business with Clearview thanks to Mike.  Said he was going to be in my area next week.  Hope I run into him...
