Can you believe this D.Durbin "A.Hole" called me threatening to take me to court and was filing a law suit for something I didn't even know about....how do I block this SOB.  He was loud, mean and nasty.
He must be hard up. He belongs in jail for harassment!!!  He is a scam artist!

Same a***ole, Dan Durbin, calling with same threats of serving papers and lawsuit on an old closed out account from JC Penny. Asked for documents to prove what it is that I owe and blows that off and says they have been sending documents showing where I owe. Course I have never received such documents. Once I confronted him about this being a scam, he shut his mouth. I told him to go ahead and send his court documents and hung up on his scaming, beligerent, jackholed a**.

They called my work and said if I didn't call them back they would report my company I work for

This Dan Durbin called me today at work, threatening me.  He had lots of information about me which is not alarming because I know this can be retrieved just about anywhere these days.  What did startle me, however, is 1)  his beligerent accusations that were not only threatening but also harassing and abusive; 2) the fact that I know absolutely nothing about this debt.  He threatened me with arrest, tribunal proceedings, etc.  Geez, I thought his next threat would be to send one of his henchmen down to beat whatever he thinks I owe out of me.  

Dan Durbin must be stopped.  What he is doing is illegal as heck.

Belligerent shady fraudulent collection agency. Uses intimidation tactics and threatens you with law suits and garnishment of wages..Got angry and hung up after I found a lot of inconsistencies in the story they were telling me..

Harassing rude collection agency. They didn't even seem legit. The guy on the phone tried to act real concerned but in reality he was only trying to intimidate me into a debt that wasn't mine and his added legal fees..He got loud and very belligerant when I told him I wasn't paying anything and he should go ahead and take me to court. What a jerk! Used the name Dan Durbin.

did not personally receive the call. this number called my place of business claiming they were headed down to serve me papers. i was not at work (thanks to our current economy) and they left this number, my supposed case number(doesn't exist), and the name Dan.

That same person called us and we have also turned over to the police.  We are concern because of the bank they are referring to we have not use in over 10 years, because fraudulant things were going on with the accounts.  SO we are even more concern now and will allow our police department handle it.

GET your facts straight.  Maybe if you company would stop trying to rip people off with false information then you would not have people complaing on thsi webpage.  "DAN" just called my business acting a friend, then accussed us of taking a payday loan out with a bank we never even bank with.  SO LIKE SAID<   MAYBE YOU SHOULD GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT>>>

This guy left a voicemail on my husbands work stating that he had accessed our bank account and read our account/loan balances etc to him.  The bank verified the claim and everything is being forwarded to the police. Yes I owe a debt but he broke the law. Good luck "Dan".

your full of s***. they called and claimed me and my husband (were are not married) owe money on a joint checking account from 3 years ago. LOL we ahve only been together 11 months and i have a perfect credit score and we both have different banks and both been with them over 10 years. They call more then 5 times a day but we dont answer or even check the messages just delete them. After he threated us the first time it jsut made us laugh. didnt have our lol last name spelled right.

They've been attempting to collect a debt which was discharged in a bankruptcy 15 years ago. Please do not call them honest. They are pure rip off artists.

I"ve been called 3 times by this organization, with false claims of debt colletion.  My next step is to go through the bank they claim I owe, and track them down.

They are absolutely scammers.  Do not call back or they will harass you incessantly.  Record phone conversations of you do talk to them and call your state department of commerce.  Most commonly know as worldwide recoveries but go under many aliases.  I have posted on several other sites regarding them under the numbers 866-897-9079 or 866-897-9058 (probably more).  I encourage you to research them fully and do not put yourself in a bad situation with these criminals.

This is not a scam.
If you worked with them they would help you.
But it sounds like you are just looking for excuses to not take care of your responsibilites.

I got a text message from this number a few minutes ago. There was no name attached to the message. Just a call back request. I did a reverse search on www.whitepages.com and it did not have a name and address but it said that the number was a verizon wireless cell phone from Santa Ana, California.
