They hang up after I picked the call. It happened three times from the same number in past week.

I've been getting calls from this and other CA (San Francisco, San Mateo) numbers. I stopped answering. I think they're trying to identify legitimate mobile numbers. I've registered my number with the National Do Not Call list. I register a complaint for each call.
