I answered and heard a strange click - then silence...

Time Warner calling as a survey response from someone in the household having to talk to tech personnel. We upgraded a box in our house, it wasn't working, we called, they offered a service guy to come out but we stated we'll just walk it into one of their stores and we can be done in 5 min. They warned us we'd get the survey follow up call.

I got one, and when I picked up and said hello, it just hung up.

Sometimes I think these are pre sales call, sales calls, to see if a number is valid, for later use.

Caller ID was "So California"

Got a call from this number saying they were Time Warner and wanted to install an upgrade to my dvr boxes.  When I called Time Warner to check it out, they had no record of a service call and did not have the type of upgrade the caller identified as a "time warner upgrade.

Got two calls to my cell in two days, no message left, hell, they didn't even stay calling long enough for me to answer it the second time.

Just got a call-they didnt leave a message. Pretty sure its time warner....they have called me from this number before I think-bill isnt due until tomorrow. . . .
