got a number some asian chick who didnt speak english left me a message

I got an unwanted text message from Spain listing this number as a travel agency for me to get a "deal" on a flight.

I keep getting a message left on my cell phone from these people and I don't know what they want, how they got my number, or anything.

Sound like it is asian language, it keeps calling my cell phone. I think it is a recording. Had the number blocked on my acct

The language is Cambodian (Khmer). It is does appear to be a travel agency. Multiple calls to my home landline from this machine.

An Asian woman calls from this number, repeats the phone number in English, then proceeds to rattle off some gibberish in who knows what language is native to her.  It's very irritating as I receive about 2 - 4 of these a month.

They have been calling me for months finally called the number back and it was answered by an English speaking lady. I asked to be taken off the list and she said ok. Un-like the rest of you up there I know nothing about what ever language this is and I have 0 foreign contacts of even made any international calls. there..  This type of harassment should be illegal.

I keep getting this phone call from that number - what you should do is go to www.donotcall.gov/ and file a complaint against that company

Persistent unintelligible voicemail...... I don't answer it anymore!!!

Calls from 7144974556. I called the number to ask them to stop calling me. I got someone who did not speak English. I tried again and got a recording. I went to  http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm (FCC Complaint Site) and field a complaint.

I had a message from here, they must have got it when I was in Cambodia and used my phone there.

my calls started over the last month, would anyone be willing to post their number? mine is 937-546-XXXX wondering if there is any logic in where these calls are from

I have never called Cambodia, nor do I know the language.  I have gotten several calls from them and don't understand anything they say.  I wont be answering their calls anymore.

They call me and it sounds like they are speaking a foreign language.

I recieve calls from 714-497-4556 sany they are a company McCarthy Burgis and Wulf calling for a collections, they call twice a day my cell phone from another number also 440-735-5100 they speak english on my recordings, and then some times a real person will call, SICKO S

It looks like they bought a list of people that have called Cambodia, as many of the above commenters recognized the language.

I called and the woman who answered explained that the $20 is offered if you buy $100 in international calling card minutes. She also said the company's name was "714-497-4556", which sounds shady to say the least.

They were very polite about removing my number from the calling list, though.

I've called Cambodia a couple times, I imagine it's a small (relatively) group of people who have connections.  And if you're calling, it's easy to assume you speak Khmer.

Recieved the same non understandable call. It is Khmer, my wife who is a Khmer speaker got this call last weekend, trying to lure her with the prospect of having already won $20. Looks like they have been farming numbers of people with Cambodian connections

I have received 2 phone calls from this number and didn't understand a word they were saying.

I got a call from this number....actually, I DID understand the language, since it's one that I teach: Khmer.  But I didn't really understand what they were saying...it's like I came in in the middle of a recording from a voice mail tree, where they were listing off numbers and telling me to choose one...very bizarre.
