Told me that I was going to jail

Me to for the last 2years or more. and the thing is i changed my number 7 months ago. Told me i was houng to spend time in jail . an indian male keeps calling me even at work. im done with this. Something needs to be done about this jerk.

Got a call from this # claiming same thing. It is a scam.

This phone number keeps calling and is very rude. I will not talk to them but the keep calling work and phone

this guy from the number called ..said his name was Scott Miller.  he gave me a case no. saying the police are on their way to my job and my home to pick up for fraud and theft, for some Quick Cash Advance loan that i didnt pay back.  He said i would spend 18 months in jail.

I got a call today from this number. He said the cops will come pick me up from either work or home. Take me to the courthouse and put me in jail....  He called me twice on my work phone! I told the girl answering to tell them I am gone.. ugh.. i called my attorney and he said its a scam .. that he has heard of this alot. I wish there was a way he could be stopped! It had me worried.. and its annoying!

Got a recorded message that there is a criminal court filing on me in this court.  The number came up as Fullerton, California.

They kept calling me and leaving threatening voicemails.  Saying that they would see me in court and good luck.  When I finally got them to answer my return call they actually had my entie ss# and would not give me any information except to tell me that I had a payday loan that was not paid back.  This is simply not true and when I challenged the information the hung up.  I am now spending the afternoon calling them every single time I can and simply telling them this is "my name" and they hang up on me.

I have been getting calls just like this from this number and a number from New York. I have talked to the local police who assure me that this is a scam, and have also suggested that I not apply for any type of loan payday or otherwise online, as this is how these freaks obtain information.

I just got the same kind of call. I told the guy that I knew this was a scam and he told me ok and that he would see me at the jail.  He had all my information as well.  I called them back to get the name of the attorney.  The girl who answered gave me the name of Morton Grift.  When I asked her to repeat it or to spell it she hung up.  I called back and the original man who had called me answered and refused to give me the name.  They told me to go to the sheriff's office and call them from there.  Why can't someone stop these people?

i blocked my number and called them and some indian answered saying "attorney's office"

i said my name was ryan petrich ( not real name) and asked about some "jail time" i was threatened at getting. they said oh yes you owe big money long time.. i said how much, they told me $200 payments for the next 10 months. i said they were lying, they told me they had proof, i ask for proof and they said i should know the proof and that if i dont organize payment that i will have a sherriff at my door to arrest me, i ask them to involve the police so i could have them arrested and as soon as i tell them the name i gave them was fake they hung up... guess i wont be getting a police escort to jail lol

these people are bogus and trying to scam you, do not cooperate with them!

calls all day from this number.....very threateneing! Also said....good luck....your going to jail! at first i was nervous and looked thru my bank acct and have never done business with a cash express. i called back and asked for their address and they hung up. i called again and said i called my local police dept and they had no record of a warrant nor did they know what i was talking about. So rude....said they were calling my work too. I would love to get these guys!!!!

THIS WEIRDO CONTUNUES TO CALL ME! i work a full time job and get calls atleast 3 times today, very annoying. And thinking about call the police!

They have called 3 times now today. First call was for some guy who is supposedly going to be arrested for some criminal case.  Next 2 calls came with in 10 minutes of that one and were for me saying the same thing.
Who are these crazies? I am not under investigation for fraud. These people do not identify what attorney's office they are calling from or either what police are planning to arrest you. Both calls left a message and the guy said his name was attorney Scott Miller. Really? Why does he have an Indian accent? If this keeps up I will be calling the police for harrassment!

I keep getting the calls also but sadly I didn't figure it out in time. IT IS A SCAM. I lost 200 dollars to the jerks.

They called me also...said same 3 counts ..I do not know who it is..said they were from law firm..I was goin be arrested...I made her so mad she hung up on me

These people called my work today.They had me so upset and scared I almost sent the 780.31.Thankfully my coworkers were aware of the scam.These people threatened that the police were going to be at my house within the hour to arrest me for federal charges of fraud.They couldn't tell me who the loan was through or how much the original amount of the loan.One of the ladies in the office called the police and an officer came and talked to met.He assured me that I was not going to jail.While we were talking another call came through from the same people.The officer kindly took the phone call and Announced to the other party that he was with the local police department and if they called back he would file phone harassment .After I got home this even ing I was looking over my bank statement and there was a charge my cash guardian for 29.95 I google it and was brought here.I was angry.I hope these people are stopped soon!

They're saying they depoist money in my account and I didn't pay it back. I have never borrowed any money from them or anyone else.

Calls continue to come from 714 515-5503, (previously used 515-5502 and 515-5502) Voice with heavy Indian accent, says his name is Alex (uniteligible_ and claims to be calling from the law office of Robert Schiffer regarding a case they have with my name, and warn me to not ignore the call. I do not understand the part about what they alleged to have against me, lots of gibberish. They have become a real nuisance.

I have been getting calls from this number for the past few weeks, some man with an Indian accent that I can hardly understand, warns me not to ignore the call, he claims to be calling from the law office of Robert Schief, or Schieffer, about a case against me and at the end he tells me to have a great day and wishes me good luck. He has become a nuisance by now.

Most recent call came in at 9:02 this morning. I do not answer, just wait until they leave a voice mail which we are using now to try to locate these bums.

some guy edward smith is persistent harrasing . this guy needs some jail time. he does not stop calling me. calling me since 1 year with different phones. same indian accent. this gotta stop

OMG!!!  That is awesome, this guy just called me again today.......threatening that he has my banking information and is going to take all my money!  On my work phone at that......(what the little prick doesn't know is that my employer has the phone call recorded and my superviosors husband works for the FBI.......and he is already on this!  As soon as the find him, he is going to jail!!!!!!   So he might want to hitchhike back to the Phillipean Island or whatever Asain country he came from!!!  Call me at work again you little B*****d!!!!!!

They keep calling me. Was finally able to answer phone at work when he proceeded to tell me they had a case against me, but when I asked 'what case?' he got annoyed and said he talked to me about it yesterday.  I asked again what he was talking about and he said he had to read an affidavit to me then he would answer alllllll my questions. I asked again he wouldn't tell me. Told him I had no idea what he was talking about and hung up.  When I got off work, he had left a voicemail on my cell saying that if I did not call him back he couldn't help me and wished me good luck......of course could hardly understand him which just made It all the more frustrating -.-

They have been doing the same thing to me, hourly. So I took revenge today and started prank calling them back. Then they stopped answering my phone. So I had all my friends do it. They have mostly stopped answering them so I posted an ad on craigslist for a ridiculously cheap car with that number. Every few hours I call and inform them who I am and that it will not stop soon. The point is, make them think twice about calling a number. If more people would help make their lives unbearable, then we would hopefully see a decline in these calls.

Some forign guy from this number just called me on my work number............I knew all about this scam and told him not to harrass me any longer, that he was not getting to me with his threats!!!  I told him I was not going to give him my credit card information or any information!  I hung up on hime and he proceded to call me back on my work number 20 times!!!!  He left me voice mails calling me stupid and all kinds of names!!!  Why can't something be done about these people!!!!  I mean really!!!!!!
