Just received this call at my work number. Caller ID just gave the number, no other info. Caller asked for Monica Weeks. Said it was a courtesy call from Bank of America to tell her about a Pro Cash account. I asked what number he was calling and it was my direct dial at the office. I told them there was no one here by that name and that he had reached a business. He apologized and hung up.

I have never had a BofA account so this can't be legit

I received a call from this number at 4:43PM to my cell phone. No Caller ID so I didn't answer, then decided to call the number back and got the following message "the subscriber you have dialed in unavailable" SUSPECT!

This number call, no message left. Returned this call does not except incoming calls message LA####. What the Hell!!!

Trusend Inc. Got call but didn't pick up but that's what caller ID said.

This number just called and wanted to know how many Bank of America accounts I had. When I asked who they were they said they would send a letter explaining who they were and would call back, they then hung up immediately. I suspect it could be identity theft. I live in orange county california. They called my cell phone.

I called a call from 714-553-4470 and it turns out that this number is a Bank of America number. The lady left a message asking about my recent visit to their banking center and left me the following contact number 1-866-445-6496.

I recieved a call from this number telling me they were Bank of America and they wanted to go over my finacials to re-modify my loan.  I tried to explain I had already done this.  They ignored me and kept trying to get my info.  I called the number back and it did not recieve incoming calls. Fraud!

Get the call all the time in the late afternoon, and nobody talks if I answer, did a small search and comes from Anaheim, CA (T-moble)

I received a call for my x-husband's step daughter who I haven't seen in 5-6 years, when I asked to be removed from the call list, she said it would remain a part of their records that it was a personal call. Then she hung up on me.

Well I get the same cards and I have never done business with B of A, so explain that one

They act like debt collectors to get personal info.

I got a call from 714-553-4470 at 430pm today and so I answered it. It was some girl calling about a bad debt on a credit card that I no longer own. She threaten to sue me if I didnt pay her any money but when I said whats her name, she wouldnt give it to me so I laughed. Then she hung up, but I decided to call the number back and it says this number is not a vaild number. SO DONT ANSWER THIS PHONE CALL...

This is a legit call from FIA Card Services aka Bank Of Amercia credit department. The only reason why this seems suspicious is because they are trying to get a hold of people who are not paying their bill. If you are unsure, call BofA directly regarding your account.

Number just called two minutes ago and it's not even "in service",
They called me 5000 times in the last 3 months.  Many times under
a changing phone number... No joke.

Why can't someone track at least some of calls and do something about it?

Receiving 1 call daily on my cell phone.  Returned call and it states mail box is full.  I contacted Bank of America directly , as per above emails calls are from Bank of America, and they stated my account has not been turned over to any type of collection.  I have been delinquent in the past but I am on a payment plan with them directly out of my checking account.  I feel these people are reviewing credit reports which show delinquent accounts and trying to scam for money.

Just got a call on my cell. It is someone from B of A trying to contact you about your account. Specifically this agent called to let me know that someone was using my account ficticiously. If you have a problem you can contact BofA directly. Legit Call.

The call originates from the Bank of America building in Brea, CA.

They called me about my BofA visa... put me on hold for a long time then apologized for bothering me.

they left an 800 call back number... it is us airways credit card company.

I received a call from this number at 8:09pm. Its illegal to call anyone after 8pm bothering them about some credit card bill. I found this call suspect so I didn't answer, then decided to call the number back and got the following message "the subscriber you have dialed in unavailable" SUSPECT! Only cell phones who've been terminated, or OUT OF MINUTES have this message. Again, very suspect!
