the list goes on and I never bother to pick up my phone. those who know me understand what they must do when calling our number IF they wanna be answered. period. I simply clear out those numbers every few days as they mount up pretty good as the weeks go by. I try to clean out the phone screen at least once a week.

it's just the way things are right now. it's pissy I know, but it's the tech world for ya. I'm immune now...I think.

I got a call from this number I missed the call so I called back its a targeted call center for colleges. The lady on the phone was very polite and took me odd the list no hassle

This number calls me every week day. I never answered, they never left a message. Finally after getting irritated from them calling my cell phone while I was at work, I called the number back and a lady answered the phone stating that I had requested information from a career center and they never leave messages because it's an automated recording that calls. I told the woman that I did not appreciate the phone calls and did not want any more of them. She placed me on a "no-call list" ... didn't receive calls for a few days, then got another yesterday. Irritating but not worth the time.

I called the number back and the lady who answered said I had been called by an automated system for colleges around the area. I don't remember requesting info from an online colleges but maybe I did. Anyway I told them to remove my number and she ask for it and told me it had been but would take 24-48 hours to take affect.

I keep getting calls from this number and I did request college info. I cannot understand what the chick who is answering the phone is saying. It sounds like "Target Admissions" or something. I don't know.

I just missed 2 calls from this number as well. The last call was not even 5 minutes ago!

I too requested information from colleges via online, but I received NO voicemial(s) either time. If this is truly a college calling me, it'd be GREAT to know what school this is, their name, how they can assist me further and such. Honestly, with lacking a voicemail; this is pretty UNPROFESSIONAL.

I called the number back and the guy who answered said I had been called by an automated system for colleges around the area. I know I had requested info from a few online colleges, that must be what they do.

I have been getting calls from this number for weeks. I don't answer my phone if  I don't know the number.

I got a call from this number and it said Santa Ana, Ca.  Nobody was on the line.  I assume it was a cold call?

I got a call from 7145642353 and sent it to VM..they left no message so I called back and was advised it was Target Admission Support Center...somehow they got my number and an automated system was calling me to see if I wanted to get information about higher learning...I asked them to remove my number and they said they can but it will take 24 hours for the system to update...Hope that helps

I received a call from these folks on Monday night as I was going to class (take note of that word :).  When I answered the phone, the line disconnected.  I called back and a rep answered, I told her I received a call, but the line disconnected when I answered.  The rep tells me OH, that must have been our automated dialer, it will call you back later.  I asked what the calling was pertaining to, she stumbled a bit and said did you reccently make a career change or think of furthering your education....  RED FLAG! I asked that she not call me any further because I was not interested in their services.  She says to me "I will make not that you are not interested in furthering your education or career".  Now I am offended, and rather pissed by the inappropriate comment.

I told her that under the TCPA it is illegal to use an automated dialer to contact someones cellular device and that calls are to cease.  I did some research and found the companies website... http://www.tascforce1.com/ I submitted a message to them advising the ramifications of their actions and that they are not to call me again or I will file complaints with the FTC, Attorney General offices in Ohio, California, and Missouri, as well as the FCC and BBB.  I gave them 21 days to show me proof that I authorized the calls.  Also take note that I am on the National Do Not Call Registry.

So guess what happened today???  They called my cell phone again with the automated dialer!

These calls are from "Target Admissions Support".  If you have every filled out an on-line request for information from an on=line university, you may hear from this company.  Apparently some of the universities out-source follow-up calls to them

Also, let me address this before one of you socialites plays Devils Advocate... YES, they could keep calling. But having requested to be put on a do not call list, this gives me the ONLY legal recourse that one could have with a solicitor that attained my info legally.  Ok, so here's what ya do, next time answer the phone refuse to provide any further info if prompted and ask that they dont call again. Mark the date and time, that would coincide with your telephone statement (for proof that you called should they continue to call, and you seek legal action) Then hang up. I know that you people dont think of this stuff, but these are people too. With that said, if you call and yell at them for doing their job, however vile you might find it, they aren't going to be receptive. Meaning they're going to push your patience to the letter of the law. So, be polite, stern, and for godsakes have the sack to make or answer a call to solve a problem instead of wasting your time.

Ok, Ive read several replies to this number on this site, of people that are pissed cause someone called them and they dont know who it is.. lol Ok, so for those of us that aren't affraid to answer the phone or return a call.  This is NOT a college, and its NOT a bill collector, and its NOT a mission. I called them back, and this company is a database that collects information legally via online interest applications. Such as college, auto loans, etc.. for any kind of interest that they could take some info and put you in touch with (sell your info to) a company or school that offers that particular service.... PROBLEM SOLVED. that wasn't terribly hard. I don't understand all the muss and fuss. To boot, they were very professional, and accommodating when i asked to be put on their "Do not call" list. you people need to seriously grow a set and answer your phones, threads for stuff like this is just ridiculous.

Just call the number back and ask to be taken off the call list

who is the company that is makeing these calls if we all find that out we could hit em up for hurassment if we all work together this s*** is getting old they call alll the time and hangup soon as i answer and one call the guy said he was from cricket and would need my credit card number to confirm my identity its a scam dont go fo it

If you call them back they are quite friendly and will take you off their call list. I haven't received a call from them since!

Yes, it is probably argosy university, I didn't even ask them for the information, I was looking for another school, they must be buying our information....I too have asked them to remove me as I have no interest in their "stupid" university and agressive enrollment tactics...

I just called the number and told them I didn't want to be called and they took me off the list.

I have also received this phone call several times along with other unknown numbers.  I finally got in touch with them and it is an automated college support system.  If you call back and can get hold of them tell them you would like to be put on the do not call list.

I just called this number back to see who it was and this is just an education lead generation company that is looking for people interested in furthering their education.  They find out if you're interested in going back to school, what you'd like to study, the type of degree you're interested in and then run a search to see what schools in their database offer those programs, etc...  If you're interested, they will forward your name to the university to have an admissions counselor contact you.  I simply asked to be removed from their list and they politely complied.  Not a big deal.

I received a call from 714-564-2353, the guy asked for my name, and I said I was not home.  I don't recognize or know anyone from this no.
