I also received a message from "Chris Harold the Handyman" and he hung up on me.  He has called several times.  Called the number back and it is disconnected.

ID says OUT OF AREA and this number. I let it go to answer (which has a hostile anti-telemarketing message). Hang up. I have now blocked this number in my phone's memory.

Answered call from this number 714-568-9023, from a live male person, I asked him who he was and he hung up.  Tried to call back and got a recording saying this number has been disconnected.  My landline phone company ATT is useless, it charges too much and can't stop people from doing this, or annoying its customers for not doing anything to stop this.

Got several calls from this number throughout the day.  Goes to voicemail, but leaves no message. I am on the do not call list and still get these calls.  How can we stop it?

This character call several ties a day....I ignore it because I have reconcile myself to the fact that there is a nut on the other end. I personally believe it is a contract employee from AT&T which is my provider and has access to hooking up and calling without worrying about the consequences.

Daughter answered this call from this number. Person on the other end asked her"WHY ARE YOU SO MEAN TO PEOPLE" then they hung up. Not sure who put the caller up to this. When we called back the number was disconnected.

Get calls from this number everyday. Today (Sunday) I received a call at 9:30 a.m. while I was making breakfast. These people are unrelentless. They call and call and call. I know The number so when I see it I do not answer. Please go away!!!

Got several calls from this number. Sometimes a man answers and says he is from Energy Star and is trying to sell solar energy panels.

same problem, I have received several calls from this number and similar numbers.  The person calls and hangs up.

I get a call about once a day from this number, whenever I answer there is no one on the other line.  This is getting incredibly annoying

This is getting ridiculous!    We are averaging 4 to 5 calls a day from this number.   At times it's the number that appears on our caller ID, other times its MOD.  How do we get it stopped?
Calls come in between 8:30am  and 9:00pm.   Half the time the calls will go into our VM.
They never leave a message.    Makes one suspect they're trying to determine the time of
day that no one is home.   When I go on line to check out these bogus calls there seems to
be hundreds of people putting up with the same problem.   Why can't the PUC or the FCC
act on this invasion of privacy?    Are they telemarketers, solicitors, survey takers, or what?
I think they're calling to determine "time of day", you are home, then providing this info to the
telemarketing people as "Best time to reach this person" for marketing purposes.    How can
we make this stop?   HELP!!!!

Got a call from this number stating that he had work to do in our house.  Total scam ... probably trying to get a ticket into our home.

Identified himself as from "energy star", calling to talk about tankless water heater program.

Also received a call around 9pm and no one answered. I called back and the message said the number was no longer in service. My mother also received a call around the same time and the same thing happened to her. WTH?

Got a call and waited for a message to be left.  No message, just hung up!

Got a "call and hang up" from this number.  Return to this number gives a "no longer in service"
