Same here, His name is Brian, VERY VERY RUDE, will not give any info, just wants your account number, and apparently when asked to speak to a supervisor, there isnt one and he is too busy to "Deal with this" WHAT THE ?, he is the ONLY person there to talk to , then hangs up and when you try to call back, he sends you to voice mail.

Law office.Very rude.Had  to wait on hold for almost 20 minutes to find out they will not give me information on my sister.Sister called them and she tells me it is about her old repoed car.3 years later???
