I have rec'd several calls from this #, 714-844-0138, as well. Just called back - this is the promotion department for Time Warner Cable.

I just got a call from this number and the caller ID says "Lasting Line." When I Googled the name it came up as some sort of call center or telemarketing center.
Don't know how they got my number but since I've been job hunting I'm sure it's because of that... damn Monster and CareerBuilder.

I've been getting calls from this number for the last week, they don't leave v.mail, haven't called back tough.

Same here, no voicemail was left and no response with return call.
