i just got a call from this number. when i answered all the woman said was "hello...hello" and then nothing.  when my ans. machine picks up the call it's the same on the message.  i did a reverse phone search on whitepages.com and it said the # is unpublished or unavailable.  when i called the # it was a fax line!  WTH?! anyone have any information on this number?  PLEASE HELP!!!  this is getting annoying! happens probably 3 or 4 times a week at least!  Thanks!!

I have also received phone calls from this number and finally I let my answer machine pick up and they left me this number 1-800-319-4934.  I called it back to request that they stop calling me and also filed a complaint with the FTC, but it still did no good as they continue to call me.  I am at the point of just calling them back and pretending to be a telemarketer.  I would advise everyone to just call them as they are calling all of us.

Just got this call...same thing.."Hello, hello, I can't hear anything.."  weird.

HELLO, I CAN'T HEAR ANYTHING

Same as everyone else.  Annoying calls with people saying, "I can't hear anything."  To make matters worse, the number they calling is a second phone line in Florida which rings at my house in Arizona.  Love that time difference.

I tried to send a fax to the number, demanding to be removed from their call list, but it failed repeatedly.

These idiots call me everyday and its the same thing everytime. I am getting sick of it. I have Vonage phone service so my # isn't even listed! And I called the 1-800 # and its some kind of credit services. Which I have no credit issues so WTF?

The call me almost everyday at the same time and they say "Hello hello I can't hear you." Then they hang up.

I keep receiving the same call - it does not make sense, other than maybe some system to verify they have a real working number - that they then sell on to telemarketeers as being a "confirmed" prospect.

It is annoying.

My machine has at least 4 messages on it saying the same thing that all of the rest of you are reporting.  "Hello, Hello, I can't hear anything..." then it fades out and there is nothing.

HOW TO STOP THE CALLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I too was receiving the annoying phone calls from this company.  I called in the 800 number on the answering machine message and I asked the lady to remove my number, i think her name was jenny but it might have been sonny im not sure, she said i would stop recieving calls after 7 days.  I stopped recieving calls after only 4 days!  Also she gave me some great information about how to stop receiving telemarketing calls.  I went to donotcall.gov and registered my phone number on the national Do Not Call List.  You still have to call in first to the company to have your number removed because the Do Not Call list takes at least 30 days from when you register to go into effect but now i not only stopped that company from calling me, in another 29 days NO TELEMARKETERS CAN CALL ME!!!!!!!!!!!! Hurray freedom, finally!

(Also i should note that in the past when i have called companies and yelled or cursed, that my number would not get removed.  The people that work at those companies are under no obligation to remain on the phone with you if you are acting in an abusive manner so getting angry will only prolong the calls.)

When I called their number, I reached the voicemail for someone named Kerri.  I left her message asking her to call me back so we could discuss how she is going to take me off her annoying call list.  I told her I would be calling every hour until I reached her.

I am receiving calls several times daily from this number and they hang up on my answering machine and when I call back it sounds like a fax.

man are they persentent in calling i have 8 times on caller id wish i knew how to stop them

Same story as above.  Very frustrating and rude.  I'm at work when the call is received and I wish there was a way to block their number!  I've asked to have my name removed and it didn't help.

This number has been calling my house for months and I didn't really pay attention to it because it was always on my answering machine but lately I have been available to answer and realized it's the voice and exact tone and saying every time, IT's A Recording.  Likewise I have called it back and received the fax tone.  I tried to fax to this number but it must be a recording of a fax tone because My fax just gives a response back as POOR LINE CONDITION.  This is annoying as all get out and we need a solution.

I am getting the same thing, every day they call and every day she says she can't hear anything. I am going to get to the bottom of this one way or another. And I am going to report her.

Here is my story... I have been receiving calls from these people for a couple of months now.  At first I ignored them but they became so frequent.  The calls have always come up on my cell phone as 714-869-0054.  At times when I would answer I would hear a woman on the other end and when I say hello - she hangs up.  Other times I would try to call that 714 number back and it ALWAYS gave me a fax signal.  Then they started leaving voicemails and a woman?s voice would claim that I qualify for credit card relief (how she would know this, I don't know?) and to call the 800-319-4934 X1250.  I had finally had enough and called the number.  Some soft music would come on and then "Mike" would answer.  He went on for a few seconds with his "script" and I then explained what was happening he hung up on me... TWICE!!!!  So I figured well let me call back and play along.  This time a woman named "Laurie" called.  I told her I got a call to reduce my debt.  She asked what my area code was so I told her.  She then asked me for the number they were calling on.  Suspicious of this I refused (previously when I had spoken to Mike briefly he never requested my telephone #).  She then told me she couldn't help me because she needed the number in order to see what they were calling to offer me.  I found this very fishy so I thanked her and hung up.  Still not satisfied that I had gotten closer to this mystery, I called back.  This time a woman named "Asia" answered.  She asked me for basic info (I gave her a fake name and address) and she then said she would transfer me to someone who can go over the program with me.  This a woman names "Taylor" from (get this) Palmer Law Firm in Orange County came on the line.  This woman sounded very nice and legit but I still wasn't giving anything up and continued with the phony information.  She claimed their law firm assists folks with a lot debt by working with creditors to reduce overall payback by 40%.  I let her go on and on and then asked nonchalantly about the people I had been on the phone previously.  I explained that I had tried calling back several times and when I inquired about who they were and how they got my number they would hang up on me.  Now "Taylor" being ever so polite apologized for the fact that I had such a hard time with them and claimed to not know why this had happened.  She said they are a telemarketing company that is used to filter calls to their law firm.  Now my thought is this, telemarketing companies, annoying as they are, do not simply hang up to avoid having to answer simple questions.  I made some excuse why I needed to hang up and call her back.  I asked her for her call back number.  I googled the number she gave me (888-776-9382).  What comes up is a link for an ad on Craigs List claiming that with their services you can get out of debt in 36 months (or less) by cutting your debt in half.  This I believe is all a SCAM... every time I google any of this information it brings me to pages like these so I figured I would share my story.  I did call my local 411 and they instructed me to call my cell phone company and phone company.  My intent is to put them on a Do Not Call registry and file a complaint somehow.  These are the numbers and names:
