I got a call from this number today as well, and I actually remember having dealings with Central Financial Control in the past. They tried to get me out of money by doing a balance billing scam; I ended up going to a hospital to get treatment for a bike-car accident. My insurance company paid it, but insurance companies often pay discounted rates to hospitals. Sometimes, people try to get money out of you by sending you a partial bill - the total amount minus the amount paid by the insurance company. As far as I know, you're not obligated to pay anything, but this isn't always an illegal practice.

They called me and left a message to call 800-345-4261! I did call them and it said Central Finiancial Control??? They wanted me to provide them with my SS# and other private info. I wouldn't do it.
