THIS NUMBER CALLED MY SISTER LEFT MESSAGE ON MACHINE AND CALLED AN EX RELATIVE OF MINE ALSO.  LEFT MESSAGE SAYING I HAD BEEN SERVED.  THIS IS LUDICROUS.

They keep calling and calling but offer no proof. Wish they would stop

This number keeps calling my phone and guys says from law office. I know it is a collection agency and saying that trying to scare people. I told them they have wrong number and person but they keep calling.

I am getting the same call and they can't say who they are calling from but a law firm with no name.

Adam Banks - sure it's a pseudonym - for ICM?  Can't find this company in the Buffalo area - says he's a lawyer, this is a really creepy collection agemcy.  They harass my elderly mother at HER home, give out private info, have threatened to call HER employer, when it is supposedly me who owns the debt.  Last spring they threatened to arrest me for fraud, keep telling me there's a court case against me - (that's the court's job, by the way, to inform you of any legal action against you), real CREEPS!  If they call you, you have RIGHTS!  File a complaint with the NY state Atty General AND with the FTCPA - don't let these creeps get away with this.

Me again - ACI is the company, sleezy williamsburg, NY collection agency with creepy agents who threaten and lie - they are NOT lawyers, DO NOT pay them w/p PROOF OF DEBT, and REPORT to the NY Atty Generals office. What they do is ILLEGAL - HARASSMENT!
