They keep calling me saying I have a returned check payment. Called this morning an got someone who was very rude to me. I told them I am broke that's when he got rude. I don't know I am worried they keep calling my house and said about attorney ????

I continuously receive calls from this number.  I answered once and the caller hung up.  They leave voice-mail messages every time stating, "This is Executive Arbitration Services." and something about a returned check.  Today I decided to give them a return call.  I spoke to an individual who was very rude.  He began requesting personal information which I was unwilling to give without first being informed what the matter was regarding.  As the individual began more and more belligerent, I said I would add them to my blocked caller list.  The individual went on to say they had 5 other numbers to reach me and could afford to lose one and then proceeded to hang up on me.

they call at all different times. They are a scam group, trying to scam money out of folks.

I have recieved a few calls now from this number. It is a recording saying that they need to speak with me about a returned item from my personal checking account. All bs. I have not had anything returned to my checking account and if I had, my bank would contact me, not some number or company I have never heard of. Wish I could get them to quit calling me.

I have been getting these calls from 716-235-5874 for over a month now. When they leave a message they say a return item or check on your Bank ect. ( same as above ) I live in DC and how did they get my number. My cell number at that which I have had not long. I believe it is a scam. I have one Bank account and had it for years. No returned checks has been posted to the account. My question: What can we as victim resolve these calls.They need to be caught and dealt with. I know they got over on someone that was not thinking. All scam people once again needs to be dealt with. I live no where near upstate New York.

These scum buy junk debt that is usually way past the statute of limitations and has long since been discharged/written off by the original creditor, then attempt to illegally coerce people into paying. All of their threats are baseless and bogus. DO NOT give them a dime and DO NOT give them ANY of your financial (checking account, debit card, etc) information!!! GET A REAL JOB YOU LOSERS!!

They call every person they can find that is related to you and harass them! They then get your number and threaten you! DO NOT ANSWER YOUR PHONE WITH THIS NUMBER!!! These people are totally a bunch of scammers trying to collect on a debt that is 8 years old and not even on my credit report! Ignore whatever they say about lawyers, court docket numbers ect ect its all a bunch of BS trying to scare you and nothing is going to happen!!!

They called my employer and my cell. They claimed to be the sheriff coming to serve me at my job! They call my cell daily and thank God they no longer call my employer with their foolery, I have never had a returned check so not sure what they are talking about but it is very annoying.

Recieved multiple calls from this number.  Calls back to "Arbitration Services"  First time the message has actually named a person or file number.  Neither are related to me.  Called back and asked to be removed from the list.  Call back number is 866-769-7008

got a message from this # and I called the # back and no one answers just a recording saying this is a arbitration company.

I get these calls every year around income tax time usually from Jan- April. They don't leave a file # and always a different call back # from the one they call from and if you try to call back it's a recorded message and sometimes a recorded message when they call. I just don't answer any more!!!

Change your number IF POSSIBLE and the calls should end immediately...if its not possible, Ive noticed that they disappear after about 2 months, so depending on how long its been going on, they should disappear soon.  Wish I had better info for you, but they dont respond to cease and desist letters, I sent one.

Again the same number. They dont leave even my name or file number on message. The recording hesitates when supposedly should be my name or case number. Sick of theses calls.

2 calls in 2 days. I don't answer it as I don't recognize the caller. They a leave a recorded voice message that is only a partial message something about a case number.

Same thing. They even have threatened to send someone to my job to give me a documents. They havenow threatened me twice with the same message. I called the number and recording with someone name Mike Sullivan.

same as above. reversed call, got voice mail, left message "you are not reaching your intended party, do not call again, remove my number from your list or i will report you to FCC for harassment" will see if this removes me from their list.

I keep getting messages from this number saying my payment was returned to the bank and I need to call them or have my attorney call them. I get this annoying message everyday and am sick of it. Not sure if they have wrong number or it is a scam but I am not calling the number they left especially since it is not toll free.
