Man calling and saying he's from the IRS.     Ask if you have a lawyer.  Says you're in a lot if trouble for tax fraud.   Says you needa lawyer. Tells you don't ignore this message etc. My number was 1-716-242-7160.  Let people know about this.  It scared the hell out of me. I know I owe no one   so beware  

Man calls.  Says I'm in trouble because of  tsc frsuf. Ask if I have a lawyer. Tells me I need to pay 285.00 a month.  I was sooo upset. Thank god I went and gooled the phone number only to find it was a scam by a lowlife.   Pass the word do people will know about this.  It comes from different numbers. Mine was 1-716-242-7160.  I believe a lot come from 716 numbers. The guy sounded for real. He's not.  Beware!!!!!!!

I just got the same kind of recorded message threatening to sue me for unpaid back taxes, from 716-242-7160. Of course it's not the IRS. Total scam. I hope no one gets caught in this scam.

I also got a call from this number and spoke briefly with a guy with an Indian like accent. He said that I was being prosecuted by the IRS for tax fraud over the last couple of years. He said that I have to contact him back with my attorney... I'm not sure why he's doing this but I know it is some kind of scam. It's definitely not the IRS!

I got the same call when I returned the call a guy with an East Indian accent claimed that he was from the IRS and I was being prosecuted by the IRS for tax fraud, clearly a scam...

Received this call today on my comcast landline.  He states he is Officer Kevin Petersen from the IRS and that I have been listed as a primary suspect in a case regarding tax rolls and he wants to talk to my lawyer.  His english is pretty good, but he does not phrase sentences correctly.  Obviously a scam!

Got a call from this number and the caller has a foreign accent. He left a message threatening me to call back or have my attorney call because he was going to file something within the next 45 min to an hour. And if I don't call back, all he could wish was good luck and see the consequences unfold on me. I got a similar call in the past too and it sounded the same voice.
