I BEGAN WORKING AT CIGNARLE AS A COLLECTION AGENT WITH THE BEST OF INTENTIONS. I DID NOT EXPECT THE EVENTS THAT WOULD FOLLOW. I STARTED WORKING THERE ON A TUESDAY, IT SEEMED A FRIENDLY WORK ENVIRONMENT WITH STRONG ETHICAL STANDARDS. AT FIRST MY CASELOAD WAS BAREABLE. I WAS KIND AND COURTEOUS TO THE DEBTORS BUT ALL TOO SOON THAT WASN'T ENOUGH. MY SUPERVISOR WHOM I SHALL CALL JAY KERMP BEGAN TAKING LIBERTIES WITH MY TRUST. If you get tired of them calling, change your number.

If you don't want to change your number, when they call you, answer and tell them (be polite) you just a new phone and that you have no idea who the person they're asking for is - they'll never call you again.

These people are a huge scam and even if they weren't, nobody is taking you to court over a $250 PayDay Loan.

PayDay Loan companies sell your debt to another shady collections company once they realize they aren't getting any of their money back. And when that company can't collect the debt, they sell it to another company for even cheaper, and so on.

My advice for you collection agencies: find a new profession.

I just received a phone call from this supposed Law firm and as well a William Childs spoke to me but in a very demeaning manner and would not let me talk nor would he send me the requested verification of the debt. Mr. Childs was extremely rude and unprofessional. I also have never received any correspondence over the past 2 years regarding this debt. Which is how long this debt is supposed to be. I am extremely glad I looked them up because nowadays you cannot trust anyone. I will not be sending them any money at all.

I just called the FTC about these guys and they confirmed it is a scam. They use threats and intimidation to try and get additional information and to have you pay them money you don't owe. The best thing you can do is file a complaint with the FTC and then block the scammers numbers.

oh and if someone uses the word legal....that is legal, it does not mean that they are sueing you...when someone says you have the legal right to do something...you do...you have the legal right to do anything as long as it's not commiting a crime

just because you owe money on a loan you took out, which you do if they are calling you about it because its under your social security #...that doesnt give you or anyone the right to say its a scam. you know you took out the loan, if you didnt you should have a fraud report, police report or something of that nature or it means someone close to you took out the loan with your information. you are still liable because it is all your information unless you can prove they opened a bank account in a different name. the fdcpa states that a collection agency is allowed to call once a day on each phone # on the file, and yes your cell phone, work phone and landline all count as separate lines...they may speak with you, your spouse or your legal representation about only about these matters. noone at this company should say they are a law firm...the definition of the word "firm" is "a partnership or association for carrying on a business" or "the name or title under which associated parties transact business: the firm of Smith & Jones...taken straight from the dictionary...so yes they may call themselves a firm...if you can't understand the terminology they are using right it down and come back and say it's illegal...chances are they are not...you are just incompetent enough that you think big words means they are a lawyer when they're not. they just actually might be an intelligent person. they may not use an alias under any circumstances unless they have a second name they go by. my suggestion...you pay back the money you owe...you took it out, wrote a bad check and either purposely intended to not pay it back or your account overdrew...in any case you should read the fdcpa if you want to know what is legal and what is not...it is available to any and everyone in the world...

Fake name.  I work for an Attorney.  DO NOT, give them or verify any information.  If they do not have it, they are screwing you.  DO NOT give any CC, Debit or Bank Card or Checking information.  They could drain your bank account.  What State do you live in?  Call the Attorney Generals office in your state and find out if their is CC or Credit garnishment.  I am in TEXAS.  Only child-support, back taxes, or college loans can be garnished other wise, you file bankruptcy or just let the debt go.  Sure, it is best to contact the company if you can and let them know due to whatever, you can no longer pay it but if you are in a State that can Garnish, y ou need to File Bankruptcy otherwise if they cannot garnish, the debt is valid, it is charged off but, debts get sold, sold, and re-sold.  Tell them not to call you anymore if they do, they are violating the FEDERAL LAW.  Tell them to send you a copy of the debt and if they do, go from there but use an Attorney or use Consumer Counseling Credit in your state which is a FREE consult.  DON"T pay these people who say they can clean up credit.  They charge and, they cannot.  If you have given any bank information, close the account, all cards, open a new account, this is legal.

I have been recieving calls and people that end up calling my family members. This McCauley, Davidson, And Associates. Asking many questions to these persons I have meet once or twice because family has introduced me to them. Then my family gets back to me on this. I am told i have to pay this Check n Go place the x amount of money. I let them know my identity was taken from me around this time. And they did not care and stated i had to pay it back or I will loose my DRIVERS LICENSE until it is paid in full. WTF is that. And they argued with me and have been stressing me out majorly. I have Multiple Sclerosis and made them aware of this, they just continued tp argue with me and etc. My son had to get on the phone with them and etc. And when they call these people I meet by aquiantances through family they did not even give them my full last name, I have 2 of them. Someone please help me.

this is a legit company and a great place to work!! if they call you then you owe money from a payday loan you have taken out. this is in NO way a scam. Its just a collection agency. Its possible they could have the wrong number... if so just politely tell them so. If they give you a hard time about mailing anything out its only because the owner is too lazy too do it. They're more likely to send it by email because it doesn't take the owner as long to do it but he still hates doing it lol. I used to work here I absolutely loved it. They are fraudulent, they were trying to get payment on files that were already settled. They pay they're employees next to nothing and do not offer fair compensation for services rendered. There is no such person as Simon or Eichler and there are no associates. Thier real name is National Portfolio Partners and the also operate under another fake atty name (Goldman & Price). DO NOT give them a red cent of your money, they are building thier wealth on the backs of har working people and lying to everyone who the owners Chris Hess (Christopher Hesselrode) & Megan Brooks (Megan Vandevuyver) come across...employee or consumer. They just did the same thing to me last week. Word for word.  I did get a letter in the mail after I asked them to send me one,  asking me to pay them. No details like I requested.  When I requested more info on the phone I also was transferred to the "manager" who was rude and didn't want to mail out a letter. Said he had all ready did it in May.

Got a call from them, someone by the name of Jessica Knorr. Said she was calling on behalf of Peppercash (Payday Loan) said I owed them over $1200. Asked her to send me what information they had, said she needed to talk to a manager to make sure she could do that, then was connected to someone allegedly named William Childs (probably fake). Acted like he really didn't want to send me the information, said he had already mailed it once, would send it again and if I didn't get it he would not send it a third time. Requested that he send it return receipt requested, said he would not. Very RUDE and in my oprinion VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Will be contacting the NY Attorney General's Office to file complaint.

Now their new number is 716 404-4677 and the woman's name is Jessica Dray.

Thay called me yesterday and I did owe some money from a loan I got about 5 years ago .I am now on my feet and agreed to pay it off in 3 payments.I even gave them a debit card to draw from it monthly .I thought I was doing the right thing at the time.Now that I have read this I'm filling like I have been played .I just wanted to pay off the money that I owed .Was this really a bad idea?. And from the state I now live in makes it against the law for collection agency's to contact you through the mail.Can someone please tell me if Simon Eichler and Associates are at least real collection company.

I have received multiple calls from this number and messages are left asking me to call back 18008045587. They even gave a file number-203083. Part of the message a persons speaks and it sounds all automated or pre-recorded from a Law Firm SIMON EICHLER & ASSOCIATES. They also say they have mailed correspondants and I have not received any. This is fraud.
