Just got the same call on my cell phone saying I filled out an online survey in which I indicated I was interested in job opportunities, which I did not and said so. The caller said even if I didn't he could help me find employment. I said I'm doing OK and hung up. Likely a scam to get info.

They & other unknown numbers are calling my cell phone too! My number is unlisted & they are not supposed to call cell phone numbers! It is against the law. Do not take the call if you do not know the number. If it is important they can leave a message! No message ...no call back! And if they catch you off gaurd just hang up on the low life freaks! They only want personal information to steel your identity or worse! Do not give them the satisfaction of responding to their fake calls or stories!

They called asking for my name they said I wasnt enrolled in school and I said I was and they hung up. I gave them my name and address which I regret but I have actually recently filled out a survey that had to do with jobs which is why I was confused. Im not sure what to do now as I know it must have been a scam. I'm not sure if they can do much with my name, address, and DOB but the fact that they have it scares me.

Caller stated he was calling because I filled out a survey about job opportunities.  When I told him I didn't complete a survey and asked where he was calling from he hung up on me.

got a call about a survey I supposedly took (I didn't) and that I asked about job opp'ys.  I hung up, they didn't call back.  Clearly a scam of some sort.  Guy said his name was joseph.

I called them back. It's all automated, and a 'smart' device gives different answers depending on what you say, and it's designed to sound as if you are speaking with an actual person. They did try to tell me that I recently completed an online job survey, which is not true, and regardless, I have never given out my phone number. When I told them that they were lying, it replied that based on at least one of my answers, I do not 'qualify', and it hung up.

It's a scam to gather personal information, nothing more. Save their number to your contacts list and name it appropriately.

Called me, rejected it. No message left. Returned call&automated service said I completed online survey about job opportunities. I had not done such survey or any survey. Scary how random calls attack your numbers.

Second time I got a call from them.  This time, did not answer my phone or call back.  Sounds like a scam.  Something should be done about this!

Got a call on my cell from this # today 3/27/13, I didn't answer, they did not leave a message.

I just got a call from this number and it is my practice not to answer any call from I number I don't know. They never leave a message.

Caller claimed I'd done a job survey, no such thing has ever happened, and the last time I was legitimately available for jobs was 2009.

They seemed confused when I indicated the do-not-call status of the phone in response to "Are you over 18?"  So I hung up without further comment.

They call me yesterday too I didn't answer! Super creepy...

They called my goveernment issued work phone (so I am guessing they are robo-calling). When I answered "Hello, this is Dr. X" and someone said "ohh. I'm sorry" and hung up.

Just got this missed call on my cell, did not leave a message. Glad I checked it out on here, I have that DO NOT CALL for my cell number too!!! Jerks.

Thought I'd see what kind of questions he'd ask.

-Are you over the age of 18?

-Are you a US citizen or permanent resident?

-Do you have a high school diploma or GED?

-Are you currently enrolled in college?

"I'm sorry, you do not qualify for these job opportunities" or something of the sort.

I JUST got one of those calls! On my cell phone!!! "I'm calling about an online survey that you participated in recently, and....." and I cut him off and told him "No I didn't, and take my number off your list and don't ever call me again!" I don't give out my cell #, so how he got it, who knows!

               Received a phone call on my cell phone just now. Male caller said he was doing a follow up to a recent on line survey I took and said the call would be recorded to assure quality etc.  Well I haven't taken any surveys in years and told the caller that I also record all incoming phone calls. He expressed surprised and then hung up on me. I don't think he liked the idea of having his voice recorded.

Just got this call. I told the guy repeatedly that I had not filled out any online survey. He just kept insisting that I had. I ended up hanging up. I have gotten at least 5 calls from unknown numbers in the last week. This is the first one I answered.

Just got a call from them, I didn't recognize the number so I ignored it. No message left.

Just got the call, same as everyone else but I haven't lived in WNY since 2005 but never changed my number (family plan blah blah blah) so it's definitely not from any posting/recruiters. They must just be going through and dialing everyone?

My theory is that a local recruiter (whose name I am not comfortable mentioning until I'm sure) got hacked somehow.  They're the only recruiter I gave my info to.  If anyone feels like emailing me at bamage{at)gmail.com and anonymously telling me if they happened to use a certain West Seneca-based recruiter, I'll bring it to their attention.

I missed the call, upon returning the call I heard the pre recorded message. I did reply to a job posting on craigslist, I think it was the Twin Tiers WNY/PA CL. I wonder if it was a scam, I know better to give out info, but this job posting looked legit. I need a job dangit.

Missed call from this number. Upon callback, automated message stated that the number was no longer in service.

Same thing as everyone else. I hung up on them.

Just saw I missed a call from this #, after seeing all this, I am glad I did not answer.  I never pick up if I don't know the #, although it was local and I would be more apt to call back, happy I checked the # out first.
