I keep getting a call 4-5 times a day and don't leave a message, try to call them back but all i get is a clicking noise. I want them to stop calling me. i'm on the do not call list and they still keep calling,

They just called me again. The last time they said they would send me a rebate check for the difference in what I paid for gas and electric the past year and offer me a better rate.  Thing is, I don't have gas and we heat with wood so our electric is low and this guy that called was offering me a higher rate then what I pay now.

They always call me like 5 times a week. When I pick up it sounds if someone heard but then hung up. I tried calling back the number a few times and there is no answer. It gets really annoying. A waste of time.

I just got this number,and this Jamestown number 716-338-4655 calls several times a week.No messages are left and unable to call them back,it will just hang up on you.

Woman asks for person who pays the electric and then says she will continue to call back to see if we are in a better mood.........hey government.....do something about these new terrorists! I pay this bill, not this company and the government adds their fees........these folks better hope I never find them!

Kim, check with your phone carrier to see if you have call blocking. If so, get them to tell you how to use it. Secondly, if that's not possible, save your pennies to buy one of the phones that does offer it. I know Panasonic does, and I'm sure there are probably others who do too . . . you could probably check with Radio Shack or an electronics store. Panasonic's drawback is that even a blocked number will ring once, which could wake you up, but at least you'll know when it doesn't continue to ring, that the number's blocked, and you don't have to bother  getting up.

pretend to go there  - ask about green energy choice.   you will then get a manager.
When they try to close you ask him if he know who you are, when they say no,
tell him you are a TIME WASTER
Tell him you will never use their product, you are committed to keeping their phone reps on the line for as long as you can every time they call.

Excessive calls from this number and I sleep during the day. By the time I get up to answer it they have hung up. Then when I redial I get dead silence, too many times.

phone calls from this number, many times in the last month, no one is there when you answer  and you get no one when you call back.   Really aggravating!!

I got a number of them just today... two within an hour... and one yesterday. I actually spoke to someone yesterday. They asked me who handles the gas & heat. I asked them that I wanted to know who I am speaking with. At that point, it was silence, and then they hung up. It looks like I'm going to have to play into their game before I get more info and have some fun with them.

Ok they called me also trying to sell me vs electric savings but I have an idea any body who gets a call from them tell them your are busy and ask for a number u can call them back on then keep calling them and hang up on them try to sell them something let's just annoy the s*** out of them if any gets a callback number please post it so I cann call and annoy them

December 20, 2012. I have been getting calls from this number also. They do not leave messages. It just comes up Jamestown NY.  I know nobody in the Jamestown NY area except the Late Lucelle Ball.  Extremely annoying.

This number has called me twice so far today and hasn't left a message. When I called it back all I heard was a click and then nothing. Who can I report it to?

I have received two calls today from this number...when I answer, no response and then, a hangup. When I call back, there is no ring or anything, just silence. I am reporting the number.

I received the same calls from this phone number (716) 338-4655 three to four times a day about 2 weeks now. And they don't say nothing when I answer either.  Something definitely needs to be done.

This caller claims to be from a New York Electric and Gas Co. and want to save you money on your bill,they demand that you get your utility bill and look for some pamplet that is sopose to be enclosed in your bill . . . told them I wasn't intrested in whatever they wanted and hung up....they are still calling !!! How annoying !!!

I got a call a few minutes ago too !(716-338-4655) The difference is that I heard a chatline promps(sounds a chatline does when u go in and out of rooms) Who ever is doing this is from a chatline, dont know which one.
