I get  4-5 call a day from this number.  I do not know the person they are asking for.    They give a case number which is not legitimate.  Who are they?

Never heard of your organization and don't why you would be filing a petition on me.

Got a call wanting to talk about a pre-litigation matter.  who are these people?

I had a call on my answer machine for a member of my family,that didn't live with me. he said something about work and their assets,for a debt. then he went on to say they were going to file legal action if not paid in full the next day.

i got a voicemail from a guy from this number but it was for my ex-stepmother. he said something about he was calling for all assets. at the end of the voicemail he said that if he did not get a return call then he would be forced to file for legal action, so i don't know if it is really a debt consolidation company.

i left the previous note above. i called the company back and they refuse to give me the name to the company. so i called back and the auto system gave me the name and i google their information. they are called goldman roth acquisitions  located at 275 northpointe parkway buffulo new york. their main phone number is 888-743-2314. this company is a consumer debt relief program. a program that help people get out of debt by consolidating all of your bills. for anyone who would like to know. i am in the collection field consumer counseling do not help build your credit. be aware. it takes more time to pay bills off through these companies. think about why would you want to pay someone else to pay your bills whenyou could apply that money to one of those bills.

Someone called me from this number. I missed the call so I called back. The woman said their company name was goldrush something. Bascially saying its not a bill I owe someone bringing a legal matter against me. She could pull my name up also said that my phone number they called me from was not in their system. I asked is she from new york she said yes. But this is not a new york area code. What is going on. I owe nobody money.

Always answer these types of calls - they have to pay for a completed call.  Keep them talking as long as possible with fake info so they have to pay more.
