constantly calls,does not leave a message.
800-643-2376 also calls and leaves a spanish message.
I recently had my information stolen so this must be
the thieves/scammers.
I wonder how they stay in business paying for all those

collections.  you can call the number back..sometimes these are outgong lines only, but i was able to call in because i knew this wasn't me debt (i've been dealing with this woman with my maiden name for 20 years and she owes everybody money) and i wanted my information off the account.  the woman i spoke to was very nice and confirmed by last 4 that this wasn't me.  i gave her the last address info i had for the deadbeat she was looking for from onfo i had gotten from another collection agency and she said she'd take my info off the account.

Call came in from 716-558-5933 - automated message said to press 0 or call back 877-309-9445 and talk to Mr. Brown. All other blogs I've come across say this is Mid Point collection agency and they are bogus ... as well as rude and in violation of consumer's rights. Be aware.

These people are TERRIBLE!!! They are BULLIES! They have threatend my monterh-in-law for a debt my deadbeat brother-in-law owes, and she is not even a signer on the loan! They are being reported to the Wisconsin Department of Consumer Protection!!

They called a few times, I reported them to the Attorney General
Do Not Call registry, The calls Stopped.
So far so good. If they call again, I will report it here.

Calls constantly with no messages on machine...various times of the day.  Kinda pisses me off especially when I work late and am sleeping!

Received two phone calls recently for a person who does not live at my phone number and they are really rude people.  Screamers!!  I tried to tell them they have the wrong number and they hang up.

If its a 3rd party collector fax them a cease communication notice. Make sure you get a return receipt showing the cease communication was sent. Once the agency has received it they cannot call you anymore. File complaint with the FTC and Attorney General for Harrassing calls.

Received 2 calls yesterday, 1 this AM while in the shower. I called the number back and some guy answered "Officer Frank White, Midpoint Resolution Center", which kinda freaked me out. After reading all of the above, I'm fairly certain that was his intention. Since I have virtually no outstanding debt, except for an ancient credit card from the 90s that I'm paying on to another company, I can't imagine what this is about. Needless to say, no message, no response from me!

I'm hoping they will mail me something
so I can turn it over to the Post Office for MAIL FRAUD.

Have called every 45 minutes for the past week. They do not leave messages. I do not answer phone calls from people I don't know. Apparently this is a scam and these people are fraudulently trying to collect money, ssn#, and even more!

They've been calling me for a week now. How do they get your phone number or do they just find it from sold information? I'm seriously hoping none of my emails have been compromised. They call about every 45 minutes all freaking day long! I'm so glad I haven't answered them!!

Everytime I answer the pone they hang up. They have never left a message when I miss their call but I will not answer anymore now that I know it is a scam.

Yesterday, someone broke into my yahoomail account and changed the password.  This morning I got three calls from this number.

I didn't answer, didnt even hear the phone ring. just noticed it
on caller ID. ringer was off. They seem very determined to make
their little SCAM go through, NOT going to happen!
They picked the wrong person. They have no idea who they are
messing with.

The caller was male and rude.  He left a number to call back at 877-309-9445.

My elderly mother started receiving calls from this number requesting SS#.Needs to be stopped!

They just called again and didnt leave a message.
I just reported them to the do not call list
5 times and will continue to report every single call
until it stops. Everyone else report them too,
let it build up against them.
