was trying to get a loan and went through the process with no paperwork. Their number was 716 616 9771 and claimed to be you. I paid a 90.00 voucher for the initial processing fee and then another 110.00 cause they said my credit was low and it was to release my funds. Next thing is I get a call stating they cannot deposit my funds into my account cause the credit bureau would not release them. They said that they would have to Western Union and I need to pay a additional 110.00. I told them No and wanted my money back.

These individuals said that they would cancel the loan and it would take 90 days to get my money back. I called yesterday and they again said pay Western Union 100.00 and I would get 1,200.00 back. I again said no and that I want my money back. So this very rude guy went on to say "Mr Bennett here is a example, and started with a very perverted thing about sucking c____ and c**ming on my attorney" I threatened him with a attorney before he said this and that is the response I got.

The 200.00 was the last I basically had in my account and this has caused great disbelief and pain. I am very upset at myself for not being more thorough before I proceeded.

they have called me multiple times and im fed up! I yelled at him and he coudnt understand that in America you go to collections for not paying a loan not to jail or do you get beat up (which we have no loan) . I just kept calling the number back and asking him questions... he didn't think that was very funny, as I was laughing my a** off! haha

we just recieved a call yesterday. they told me my husband had to call them back because they had a complaint on him and he needed to be in court tomorrow witch its today and today is saturday. when i asked on a saturday she said oh no no maybe monday because saturdays they are closed. my question is did they also tell you that they sent hard copy letters to the house. im just woundering if its real or if its a scam? these people sounded they were chinesse. and when they first called i couldnt understand them. they couldnt hear me and i couldnt hear them well they would tell me to repeat the information

called looking for husband. said he needed to call back that they had gotten all his info from work,dmv,social security. the called kept having dropping issue they couldnt hear me and i couldnt hear them.

I have the same call n message too about complaint reported on you social security. I fight w him about that then later he say I have a loan but didn't pay!! hahahaa I never have any loan!!

got a call from this guy name James Parker, saying that I got a complaint about my social security then later on he say I had a loan. threaten to arrest me.

Just got a SOS emergency call from this #, stating that his name is Richard Murray from the State Sheriff.

AND DO NOT WIRE THEM ANY MONEY!

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

I received phone calls from this man saying that he is going have the state police to come and get me.  I went to my county sheriff and he said if they had anything that they would have come and got me.

He's a scammer - they threaten people like this so they're so scared they'll pay a bogus debt.  You did the right thing reporting him.  No one will show up and no one will be arrested.  If he calls again, tell him you're recording every single call he makes and turning it over to the FBI and local police (even if you're not recording).  It may stop him from calling.

This Bryan person called me to and threatened me. He is defintely going to be surprised when NYPD detectives get him.

These people are calling places of employment, and mis representing themselves as State Police who are going to issue an arrest warrent for the employee.
They need to be stopped.  This is haressment.
