They said the were from Evans law and tryed to get my ss# number.

call fiances phone said that she must call immediately or have a lawyer call them and she didnt even pronounce her name correct... these F*@!ing people are pissing us off and are even pulling money out of our acct.

I got a call last night from this number and they claim that they had sent me some information from and that a needed  a lawyer to represnt me but I don't remember getting anything in the mail from them I don't know if this is something for real or a scam.

I answered the phone to a man (Matthew Garraty) stating he was calling from Evans Law Offices.   He wanted my husband because he was a contact number for my daughter-in-law Christine.   He said it was extremely urgent that she calls him.   I asked what this was about and he said he couldn't say and I said is it about my son or daughter-in-law was everything ok?   He scared me to death....  He said it affects my son also and it was very, very important that they call him and that they were to give his secretary this report number ( 1258........) in order for her to put the call through to him.    He had me worried sick because he said it was urgent and was very blunt and matter of fact.    He gave me his extention as 214 and said to be sure and use the report number and then he said good-by.    My daughter-in-law didn't give ANYONE my husband for a reference of any kind.   I'd like to know what this is about !!!!!!!

Got a call from this number (caller ID), asking me to return the call to Daniel, 888 860 4441, extn. 117.  Case file 1254273.  Said I was a "reference" on this case.

Received a message from this number looking for my ex-husband.  Message stated his name was Keith @ ext. 120.  I called back stating my ex hasn't lived here for 8 years and he never had access to this number because it was changed.  I gave Keith the phone number of his mother and told him to bother them.  He said he would remove my number from the call directory but I find that hard to believe.  If I do get another call from this place I will contact my attorney for harassment.

They called my cell today and did not leave a message.
Samething day after day hope they do not call in the am

called fiances phone pronounced her name wrong said call immediately or have her epresentative call them back it would be in her best interest! very harrassing phone call and even have taken 139.39 out multiple times. when i find out what the hell is going on, they WILL regret what they have done to all helpless people

you can file a complaint, they can't call before 8am or after 9pm

Left a message on my voicemail but they called at 6:11AM PST!!!!

called them back told them i was not that person, very pleasant gentleman thanked me and wished me well. he also removed me from the list. but i sure hope they catch up with the jag off who has been dodging them for years.

been getting the same phone calls...people got real rude when i told them they had the wrong number..i don't know what these people are trying to do but it needs to stop...

Collections for someone who shares my family plan with Sprint. After repeatedly getting voice mail messages from them I decided to answer. I had to press 9 and then wait for an opperator to come on to whom I told she had the wrong number. She removed it after giving me an attitude.
