OMG these ppl keep calling me saying they gone come to my job they gone send me to small claims court and whole lot of other stuff they been calling all day and all last week

I received a call today from a Al Lenders with Legal Outsourcing/APEX Holding about a payday loan they are stating I received in 2010. He said they are pressing charges in my local county and also that if I did not contact this # 866-3126-2804 within 24 hours the documents would be submitted, providing me with a case# and all. Not only have they contacted me MULTIPLE times before but they are also contacting my family members in reference to such payday loan. I advised the gentleman to do whatever was necessary on their end and quit contacting/harassing my family and myself. This is a complete scam as I reside in the State of Florida and you are only allowed to have one payday loan associated with your social security number which I currently do with Amscot Financial Services and it is in good standing. I would advise if you are being harassed by these "bullies" follow the links above that were provided and report them, also block them on your phone. It seems crazy that these inconsiderate a***oles can do this type of thing to regular people because they want some money. Dont threaten or harass me, I know the law. Good luck everyone!

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim?s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims? relatives, friends, and employers.

Called me today about a payday loan I supposedly got in 2012, but when I asked them to send me proof of the debt they said I had to be a client to provide it - what a load of s***!

My daughter has been receiving calls from this number. She is a minor and knows nothing about an outstanding debt. I spoke to "John" an alleged supervisor to have her number removed from your call list. I understand the nature of the job requires your agents to be aggressive but he was belligerent, made racial slurs and profanity. I am ready to file a lawsuit for the aggravation and harassment of minor and seek compensation for emotional distress and pain and suffering especially because John said that he "didn't care if she was four, he was still going to call and harass her (bully/pedophiler?). Since this does involve a minor and all of your agents refuse to give me your corporate phone number, I will get the FBI involved. All I am asking for is to have my daughter's number removed from your phone list and that you not harass her anymore.

Received 2 more calls from this number 716-748-6169, except they called my daughter's number, she didn't answer.  Except this time "Nicole" said she was with Regal One Outsourcing. Threatening I have a fraudulent check charge against me and they are coming for me. She stated that she has filed with the county I live in and if I do not return her call she is going to start calling me at work. My daughter does not answer any calls she does not recognize. I wonder how many people that I know has she called leaving this message. At the end of the call she said "Sick & Tired, consider yourself notified! I have given this number to my attorney as I am so tired of being bothered and now my family.

I received a call to day 716-748-6169 and the woman started talking identifying herself as Nicole with Zimmerman & A and then she hung up the phone the number came up as a Buffalo, NY number. I figured she would call back and leave an other message but she didn't.

716-748-6169  APEX HOLDINGS.  This is not a real company - they change their name to avoid being found. They also change their phone numbers, and also Spoof numbers on your caller ID. Real Low Life. Here's the lay of the land as they say, I work in the court system so I will go through this for you .

First they are calling because they say they can not find you. This is Crap as the sheriff, will NEVER, EVER call you to tell you they are coming. They live to work on the element of surprise. Plus if your township, county etc, wants you, they already know where you are, so sit tight.

Second, and most important, NEVER CALL these low life bottom feeders back.  Because truth be known they don't care who they talk to as long as they can get money from someone. It doesn't even have to be the right person. If you call them back then they know that they have a real tangible working phone number that they can call to harass you all the time of day and night.  Just ignore the call, or better yet, tag them as a spam call in your phone, and you'll never even see them ring it.

Third, these people function and live on the *Fear factor* they will say anything,  tell you anything to get you to give them the money through your checking account, debit card or credit card.  Many people get scammed this way. I've heard : coming to your workplace to arrest you, serving you in the morning if you don't call by a certain time, attaching your salary, etc, etc, this is all nothing but crap.

Fourth, in most states payday loans are ILLEGAL as they charge obnoxious interest, and states are trying desperately to control that.  Since I'm not sure of what state anyone is in, I cannot site them all here, but if you go to your states attorney general page, you should be able to look up the laws.

Fifth, I know it sounds nice to send them a letter or report them, but this is a futile. They have got this to a science.  With all that is going on in court system they know they have time on their side.  Not enough of these low life bottom feeders get caught and prosecuted, if they did...they wouldn't still be in business, but they are, thousands of them.

Lastly, anyone who posts that you are scum or a deadbeat PAY YOUR BILLS , OR OMG  they came to my place of work and arrested me, are full of crap and are just trying to SCARE you, SEE MY THIRD NOTE Above, Fear factor.

Best thing to do in this case, especially with these people is TO IGNORE. Eventually when no one engages with them they will go away to torment someone else.

Robert Levy from the "Apex Corporation" called and left a message on my phone for a "Kevin McNeer" in regard to a supposed "legal claim"  I have no idea who this "Kevin McNeer" is, this is more than likely some type of telephone scam where "Robert Levy" will try to trick people into proving that they are not whoever he is looking for by requiring them to give out personal information. DO NOT give out any of your information and contact your local law enforcement if it keeps occurring.

Robert levy calls my house Numbet looking for my daughter. I will contact my lawyer if he calls again.

Young man left a message on my answering machine claiming to be looking someone in regard to a legal matter assigned to his office.  Identified the office as "Apax" or "Apac" or something like that.  The name he left for the person he was looking for is unknown to me.  He did begin his message saying he wasn't sure he had the correct number.  Asked for a return call and left a file number to reference.  (I won't be returning the call).
