They call if you've received products from NYQUITS. They Call 3 months after as a follow up.

I wonder if these annoying people get phone numbers from The National Do Not Call List, or should I say the Feel free To Call List?

Please take me off your calling list.  You call me all day long and I am not interested in your survey.

This can't be true because they hang up when I answer.  Also, they block their ID.  If they were sincere they would show who they are so that people who are not interested can simply ignore them.

The law should be changed to block surveys too; it still is an invasion of my personal life.  And surely my freedom of speech allows me not to be subject to these calls.

I have been receiving these calls on my cell.  I do not want to receive advertisement/commercial  on my cells. Pls stop calling as it annoys me.

This number is legit. They are randomly calling land lines and cell phones. Health survey on tobacco takes about 15-20 minutes. I was compensated $20. Any question that you don't want to answer, you don't have to. It is NOT a phishing scam

STOP, ALREADY, with the phone calls!
Put bulletins in Dr's offices, ads in the local papers, on popular websites, billboards, whatever;
people with nothing better to do will call you & you might not have to pay the $20.
The rest of us just don't have time! Also, quit calling mobile numbers; your calls steal money from those who have to use prepaid plans.

We appreciate people's input and opinions and we do pay participants for their time with most of the studies. This is legitimate scientific research.

These jerks have been calling for a couple weeks now -- almost every day.  They leave a message (most of the time) that they are from the NY State Dept of Health conducting a study on nationwide healthcare.  "If qualified", participants can receive $20.00 for participating.

You'd think when they don't get a return phone call, these rude obnoxious persistent telescum would get the message that you are NOT interested and take you off their list.  Instead, they just keep calling.  It really is abusive.  If they keep it up, I'll file a complaint with the FCC and NY State.  With the financial problems NY State has, it's amazing how much money they have to waste paying these folks to make  irritating phone calls to people across the nation.

I would appreciate if you wouldn't call my house everyday of the week at every hour of the day.

They called me twice on my cell phone. I'm in FL....... they offered $20 to answer their questions but I refused.

Please check this number out. They keep calling with the statement that they are taking a survey and will pay $20 for the info. Have not given them anything but find they are calling all over the US. Rather annoying!

This has to be crap.  Why would the state of New York's health dept. be calling me like they did?  I don't live in New York....???  Tell them to stop.  That's what I'm going to do!

I too rec'd the call from three different people (three times) but each time from the same number, and with the same message saying they were calling on behalf of the NY State Department of Health saying that they were conducting a survey and that they would pay $20.  Each time I just deleted the message. Does anyone know if this legit???

Male caller said he was doing a survey for the NY State Dept of Health.  Survey would take 15 minutes and they'd pay $20 for "eligible" paticipants. Asked if it was a personal residence he had contacted.
