is dis a really payday loan company

I was also got contacted by this company for the loan i have been looking for..... I was in need of some very immediate funds for my business or else i might have to shut it down , no any company or banks are ready to give loan to me with my such a poor credit.... Then i got call from this company "Payday Loans America" telling me am approved for a loan amount up-to $4000 i was literally got surprised after hearing this, and thereafter to negotiate with my bad credit they asked for $320 up front, i agreed to there terms for that time...... There after i thought to have a look on to the internet for this company and its phone number, and i found it here and got bit nervous dont know what to do, but i was having no other options to go with so i did as they told me to do.... Dont know what whether i was lucky or fortunate or what but i did received the funds the next day... Thanks a lot lot lot and a lot....

I was contacted by this company after applying for a loan online.was told to make 1st months payment which I did was told my money would b n my account...5 days later n my money still isn't deposited now they are talkn smart n playing games laughn whn I call...this has to be a scam...I'm glad the other lady was fortunatel to get her money ...dnt trust anyone with a Pakistanian accent name jack o connor

Yes i too got the call from the same number (717-839-6135). I was looking for the payday loan of $1800, they told me too make the first pre-payment of $175 through western union and i have done as per there instructions.
Later on when i haven't got my money in next 12hours as they said i got scared and googled the number and i found this post and lost all the hopes.
But just for the last time before giving up i called back on the same number , and they said that i will have my money in next 6hours as the documents has already been sent to their accounts department your money have already been released. Then i said ok and hunged up.
And amazingly later on when i checked my account after 5hours i actually had my $1800 deposited in my account..Yippee!! Although thanx Christy..:)

They called and said I would get a 500 loan to pay back for 8 mounths at 80 dollers  a mounth and the first payment sent western union now and I would call them back with transfer number and it was to be sent to marice love in Milwaukee Wisconsin 53222 then my deposit would be made 48 hours later I'm sure this is a scam
