Fraud company

This company will not update their records.  They are constantly calling for an employee that has not worked here for several years. They are very vulgar on the phone when told that the employee no longer works here.

There was no court matter in the first place you dipsh!t scammer.

The only thing they helped to do was scam money from real hard working poor folks.  Try again, its it illegal to ask for money upfront on a loan here period..

Tell me, how did you find this site?  I found it when I googled a phone number that was harassing me.  I suspect many of the other people found it that way, too.  Is that how you found us?

Or did you google "cashadvance" and come here to post false positive information, just like they told you to?  Do you sleep well at night or does your conscience keep you awake?

This number has been calling and harassing me at my place of employment telling me I owe debts and will me arrested if I do not pay. I do not have any debts. The ask for money to be paid by green dot money pak. My employer and I called the police and filed a complaint against them. They have a Hindu accent and speak threateningly, violently, and called back incessantly. This is a total scam. File a police report immediately. The number is located in Lancaster, PA

Also use fraud.org to file an additional complaint. What these people are doing is a scam and is illegal. FTC, atty general, etc. You can try BBB but they likely cannot help.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

alled work line 3 times in 10 mins. Had strong Indonesian accent, wouldn't give me the company name, just kept saying "We are investigations and we have a legal claim against your SS number", which is typical of du****it scam artists. Started yelling foul words when I wouldn't cave to his questions, and threatened to send the police, have me arrested, call my supervisor (I am my supervisor), then demanded to speak to owner of the company and to have me fired.  Total Creeps....whatever you do, don't fall for their scam...when they ask you to verify your SSN, do not give it to them....I also then reported the number to the FTC and the Do-Not-Registry.

You can also file a claim with IC3, a division of the FBI. I have done so.

See also under 980-263-2492. same people, as have talked to and/ or received messages from both. Totally NOT legal. I unfortunately paid them a good sum of $ and now they want more. Do NOT pay them. They ask for Western Union or MoneyGram. I filed complaints with Atty General and FDIC. They called my place of employment after being told not to- all because I didn't call them back fast enough on my cell, where they had already called and left messages. I also have 17 SEVENTEEN calls in an hour on my cell. I'm now recording all calls.

My credit rating is in the fair condition.  Now I can get $2000-$3000 loan easily.

Sorry, try again.  The TotallyLegal company is a recruiting firm for lawyers in the United Kingdom.  I will admit that the U.K. "845" number they provided their registrar seems like it may be a bit dodgy.
