I have been receiving calls from this number, consistently at least three/four times a day, and they never leave a message.

I receive at least 3-5 calls a day from this number. They never leave a message, but call CONSTANTLY!
I called back and the person said they were Vladimir...don't know any Valdimir's, so I hung up.

This phone number: 717-961-5280 is, as Kandi above says, from a dating site callede "elove", and if you have ever been just browsing around those many, many sites, just to get an idea of what the sites are offering, some of them will request your phone number, email, etc, just to let you into the pages to "search".....probably harmless, and if your'e not interested in that stuff, or do not want to get involved, best just to ignore!....TG for "caller ID". I just called them back and they identified themselves as "Stacy from e-Love". I never heard of them.
