Constantly calling and leaves no message on my machine.

Normally I don't pick up my phone unless person speaks on an answering machine but this time I picked it up because I was expecting a call but as many people have commented about this phone number; they hung up as soon as I answered the phone....Same on you, even you are a Telemarketer, say some thing...

Also, just found that as Utility Savings Center, even though the domain in for sale, they left a site up at

http://www.utilitysavingscenter.com/index2.htm

And I haven't tried this myself yet, but irritated parties out there might have some luck with the inbound number they provide there:

"Please feel free to contact us directly 800-283-8858 for a FREE consultation."

Won't make much difference, I'm sure, even if someone answers, but if you really are in the mood to yell at someone, maybe you'll get lucky. Maybe tomorrow I will try, maybe go to 50 Waters Street and see if anything is even there, depends on how many times they call...

Wish I could just pull on the phone line until there a face to be maimed appeared at the other end.

Actually answered one of their multiple daily calls for the first time yesterday because I was curious about what this "Voice Network I" is so urgently trying to scam me with (yes I am on the Do Not Call Registry, and the rule in my house is to let the machine get everything except for friends and family; if the caller doesn't leave a message, there's no legitimate reason for them to be calling. And none of the DAILY unlisted callers ever leave messages, except for a friend from the UK.) Anyway, there was no response on the other end of the line - as I see is the case with other complainants here - so what's the scam?

Number Guru identifies their location as Corona, NY and the carrier as Allegiance Telecom, Inc. - I doubt that would be very helpful.

Just got their junk call and tried pumping them for info.  Said they have no inbound phone numbers, their company is "Utility Savings Center" and their address is 50 Waters Street, NYC.  Shoot them on sight.

They just called me and I won't answer when you call back number they are busy Pain in ASSSSSS

Report them to the Do Not Call Registry.  They have been harassing me for two weeks.

I keep getting calls from 718-371-9927 and I just want it to stop. They never say anything when I answer and they just hang up and they don't leave nay messages.

Every day for weeks! They should be oiled in oil.

I goggled this company and this is what I found the website shows that the domain name is up for sale, they have nothing to do with the scam calls that people are receiving. These calls are being made under several different numbers it is not from con ed or any other legitimate company this is from a telemarketing spammer none of the numbers they use are working numbers and using the name of a non working domain proves they are nothing but a scam. these people use the system to get over they can get a list of non working phone numbers from the phone company to use to hide their identity and they do the same with company names some are made up or businesses that are not around anymore.  Truth is if you speak to any one from these callers realize they are lying to you if they offer any information that you can not verify then it is a scam. The only way to stop these calls is to change the laws for telemarketers and to force the phone companies to block calls from fake numbers.

Called twice, noone at the other end; repeatedly tried to return call, but recieved busy signal.  Called twice within like two minutes.  Caller ID on first call stated "UNKNOWN", and Second Caller ID stated "VOICE NETWORK I".  

Immediately blocked them on my Optimum Online Feature.  Hope it works.  Did a reverse lookup, and this is the information I recieved:

Past 2 Days in row...Several calls within 1 hour...but never leave recorded message.

I have gotten calls from them every other day for weeks. I don't live in the ConEd area. Being on the 'do not call' list is useless. I am even getting calls on my cell phone now from spammers.
