They call and want me update then he try to say i owed $700 to cancel

Thank you Gatekeeper for posting this.  Same thing happened to our business.  He called really early and woke me up and tried to get me to renew a subscription to Google/Yahoo/Green or Yellow pages.  When I didn't know what he was talking about, he asked if I wanted to cancel and tried to verify my fax number.  Then he told me I owed about $700 and wanted to fax the invoice over.  I hung up.  He keeps calling back early each morning leaving a voicemail saying he needs to verify the cancellation.  I found out what he really wants to do is catch me off guard and have me admit that I owe $700 for some internet advertising I did not subscribe to.  He is really tricky and looks online for yellow pages and uses those keywords to trick you into thinking he is telling the truth.  Do not believe Edwin Allen.  Intend to open a BBB report on him as soon as I am done with this.

A guy named Ed Allen (so he says) from Google/Yahoo/Green Pages called, asking to speak with my boss. He was very leery on the phone, so I put him on hold for a very long time. But after a few seconds, he hung up. Mission Accomplished!!! I tried searching for the company name and got several hits for SCAMS under Google Green Pages. It sounds like they're trying to trick people into their services, but I SEE THRU YOU A**HOLES! Also, I googled the number, and got a hit for: KEITH THELWELL 4134 Frame Pl Apt. G Flushings, NY 11355-4206 Scammers, I'm on to you. Whenever you call me or my place of business, please know that I'll be back on sites like these to warn others that you're up to NO GOOD.
