After a month of calls from 718-484-6244, -6245 and -6247, I finally got a human on the other end. He said say were calling ING shareholders about an upcoming vote. If you Google "ING" and "D F King", you'll find SEC forms outlining their allowed inbound and outbound call script regarding this vote on May 13. So, odds are if you're getting these calls, you're probably an ING shareholder. That doesn't explain all the dead air calls and failures to leave messages on answering machines. But, crappy phone bank employees might help explain that little annoying hiccup.

DF King calls at least 1 time per day; don't answer; don't know name or number.....they don't leave a voice mail message!  Scumbags!!!!

this number 718-484-6245 called me twice in two days.  Did not answer but since I do not recognize the number or name, I won't answer.

Answered and was asked for by name. To who is this the reply was "calling on behalf of of the IFV Fund" I said no and hung up.
