It wouldn't help, because I have an unlisted number and it called my phone while I was out to the doctor today. Thank goodness for caller ID. I never answer the phone unless I know the number.

I received a call from this phone number at 2:35 am.  I immediately jumped out of bed thinking it was from a family member who may be ill. I truly want to get to the bottom of who is calling, I want to file a complaint against whomever this is.

CHEAP TALK on Caller ID

On DoNotCallReg.org since 2010, but they don't care.  Number is 718-576-6589 called me at 16:00.  No message left, but they waited on the line breathng in my answering machine until it disconnected them.

Who are you "CHEAP TALK" people. Get off my phone line.

I get this call occasionally and no one is there. We are on a no call list but it doesn't seem to matter.

I received a call from 718-576-6589 and the caller asked for Steven Grant.  When I said no one by that name lives here, the caller hung up.

Two different callers, from different states, but the area code is New York!

Hmmm... there is a "Cheap Talk calling card" ... I wonder if this might be related?

Caller leaves no message.  Caller ID say 'CHEAP TALK'

This number calls my 89 yr old mother, and no one says anything, but you can not get phone to hang up. I need to know who to  file on if she can not get help when needed!!!!

It says "cheap talk" on the caller ID.....Hate to tell you Robbins, Tenn...... but my number is unlisted!

I made a call from my cell phone to my house phone and the caller ID in my home said I was calling from this number, when it was actually a call from my cell.

Caller ID says "Cheap Talk". I didn't answer and no message was left. The call came in at 9:05 p.m.

Received several calls from this number.  The Id shows Cheap Talk.  I hate getting all these calls.  My phone is for my use.... after all, I am the one paying the bill. I think we need to go back to unlisted numbers so we don't receive unwanted calls.

I received a call from this number tonight at 10:15pm. The caller id said "Cheap Talk". At first I only heard static but then I heard a man say "hello" and then the call ended.

My in-laws called me from their OOMA VOIP system and this caller ID and number showed up.  She was in her house and usually their 845 area code number and name comes up on my caller ID.  Weird....

I received a call from them this morning and it was "cheap Talk" on the id listing but it was my mother callling from England...she had put a block on her phone over there and it apparently had also rerouted her calls through this exchange to USA

This number calls frequently. There is something freaky because I get a recording of someone saying hello and it is difficult to understand. Very annoyingas they call frequently overnight. We unplug our phone at night to get sleep.
