The said I had high balances but did not want to tell me which cards they were referring to. When I challenged them, the told me f**k off and hung up on me. Spammers and organized crime.

It's the recording "Heather from card services" phishing spam, where credit card thieves advertise lowering interest rates. Called my /cell/ phone. Number may be being spoofed.
