This same person contact me and left the message on my cell that his name is Jim Parker from state investigate office that he have allegation against my social number to call him back when I call someone pick up and hung up

I received the same call today saying I would be arrested within the hour.  He read me my SSN# and banking account information off.  I have closed my bank account and have put a red flag on my credit reports.  I also informed the FBI who has already been informed from numerous people of this scam.  Caller said his name was Officer Jim Parker from New York and he was calling about Cash Net America loan I never paid.

I received the same call today. But I turned them into the police. I hope they dont call me anymore. I was pretty terrified at the time of the call.

I just received a call from this company at my job. The caller had an indian accent and there were two people on the line one who was and "officer" who said my social was in big trouble from a company called US Cash Advance whom I have never heard of and the other person was the officers boss who could not even tell me his phone number and had to ask the "officer" what his number was. Then the two of them started yelling and said if I did not pay them now an amount they could not tell me they would arrest me. What a joke.

The same exact thing is happening to me.  What did they finally do to resolve it?

I've been receiving a call from this phone number for a couple of days from a man, John Foster. He claims to be a U.S Marshall saying that my sister owes him $300. We hung up the first time, called back blocking our number. I wouldn't say my name and kept questioning about his credentials and he kept pressing for my name. I said I filed a police report and he hung up immediately! This is crazy, how did these people get our names and info?!  What can we do?

I have been receiving numerous phone calls from this same number from a man with a heavy Indian accent saying that I have a fraud case against me for a payday loan and that I am going to be arrested by the US Marshalls if I didn't send him the money right away. He is harassing me, my boss and my co-workers. Using very foul and racist language. Does anyone know how or where I can report this? He says his name is John Foster and he is an "officer". What really scares me is he has ALL of my personal identification information!!!! Someone please help!!!!

I just received a call from Officer James Jordan.  Same as above.  I work for an attorney so I gave him the phone and he let them have it.  I believe they told me that the company who is "suing" me is US Cash Advance Loans or something like that.

I received a call from this number. Officer Peter Black told a co-worker that he has a legal case against me and that I need to call him back at 718-687-1502. This person is harrassed my mom, co-workers and supervisor. Yes, this is a big time scam so beware

I received a call from this number.  Officer Peter Black told a co-worker that he has a legal case against me and that I need to call him back at 718-687-1502.  This is a scam and I have reported this to the FBI.  If anyone receives a call from a number with this area code or someone stating that they have a legal case against you, do not call them back.  My call was transferred several times and all males whom answered the calls had a thick indian or african accent.
