I got a call from them today, in Ohio. They asked me all kinds of questions, do I presently have an alarm system, do I have a pet, what kind of pet, ( dog) how big is the dog, etc. The call was disconnected in the middle of the conversation. It seemed to me like the call was to check out my house for a future burglary. It's a little bit scary because I got caught up and answered some of their questions, and they already somehow had my name and address. I now have my guns loaded just in case..

A guy called and said a representative will be on soon, and I was just about to hang up and this girl gets on and says How are you today? I said nothing, didn't hang up for 5 minutes , then I came back and hung up.  Silence is golden .Un-available on caller ID, always sends up a red flag: SCAM!!

Thanks for the toll free number. I did call & the person wouldn't give her name when I asked but she said she would remove my number. We'll see it they do.

Evidently the National DO-NOT-CALL list does not work. People that work for these companies must enjoy upsetting people.

this number called within 5 mins of a diff number from albany ny on my answering machine, hung up from the other posters i see is a telemarketer. am seriously considering answering and blowing a whistle in their ears. no message on whom they even want, to me a 2nd call is harassment.

I thought everyone would like to know that these SOB's have gotten themselves into some hot water. Here is the link to the BBB that outlines the fact that the NC Attorney General has filed suit against these scammers in October of 2013 for violations of the Telephone Solicitations Act. Now you would think that would slow them down right? Nah, I just received a solicitation call from them this morning.

Forgot to mention trolling off the do not call list as a telemarketer preying on the elderly, vulnerable, and uninformed is deceptive and unfair business practices too.

yeah looks like you got caught using  your predatory deceptive and unfair business practices. The ol security systems calls from debt collectors. There's many other threads that show the same thing. Nice deflection from being a coward! Posting one post saying who you are isn't full disclosure on every call you cowards make.

If you want the calls to continue, keep answering your phone.  You are telling the scammers they have reached a working number........let the freakin' phone ring & don't answer it.....eventually they will figure out the number they have dialed is not a good number....

On the do not call list - some wireless security company thinking I would be privileged to put a free sign in my yard after having their system installed. I already have a system and when it was clear to them I wasnt interested instead of thanking me for wasting my time they rudely disconnected the call. They call me again I will consider pressing charges. I am tired of not wanting to answer the phone I pay for because of people like this.

Scum like these blatantly ignore the DNC because they know nobody will report them. I on the other hand report them to local law enforcement. A deputy has to come out and take a report. It takes a while but it does get results. Don't ask why nobody stops them. Report them and law enforcement will get tired of taking so many reports that there is an almost immediate result. Keep at it and the scammers will begin to get the idea that the DNC is real.

The Do Not Call List doesn't work!  It's just another site to let you vent about telemarketers.  If it truly worked, we wouldn't be complaining about the same companies all the time.  

I have complained about Security Solution for the past year and they continue to call.  We get their robo calls, abandoned calls and the dreaded hang ups when the answering machine cuts on.  

I get several calls a day from this number, try calling back and it is blocked.

A woman called from this number yesterday trying sell home security. I said "no thanks" and she hung up without saying anything. Kind of rude. They called back again today but I didn't answer.

I heard today that the Do Not Call list is a joke.  Apparently so since this number calls my land line every few days.  

Other folks on here say this is a security company.  I have no idea who they are.  I don't answer if I don't recognize the number so they are SOL calling here...

This is getting stupid.  Getting calls for the same thing from multiple numbers.

They kept using my land line for weeks and now yesterday they started on my cell !!!!!

Why are these numbers protected when searching, but ours are not?  Why cannot we block all incoming calls with numbers NOT in our address book?  Sounds too easy, no???

got repeated calls from this number, I use a blocker app on my cell phone that did its job and blockec the calls.

I called the  8663986926 & requested my number be removed. I will see what happens.
