Called for someone not at my number (several times).  Told caller no one by that name at this number; responded with OK and hung up.  Called the number back to have them take me off their list (even though I am on the NO CALL LIST)...Everest call center computer answered...put on hold...then told there are 'no available representatives at this time' and to call back or leave a message.   After 3 attempts, got through.  The representative apologized and assured me my number would be taken off their list.  They wanted my name and address, but I did not give them that info-just the number.  4-6 weeks and if I receive any calls "please accept apology in advance".  They were kind and helpful...

Believe you are correct.  I just got one from a person who said very little and then hung up.
